They need to stop putting are trailers like this it safety issues because it can Collapse or hurt a driver back trying to lower due to the weight in the nose of trailer. I been trying to tell Manager. At the plant. The shaggy driver due this. Due the loading dock but they don't respect us by putting it back.

The comment section with low stars speaks truth.I had an appointment 8/9 03:08 - 8/10 03:08I arrived 8/9 at 1053 and I ended up leaving with my load 8/11 at 0500Waited for a total of 35 hours, I did get detention pay.The only reason I gave the place a two stars is because they have overnight parking across the street.The train tracks behind the overnight parking will wake you up in the middle of night because of trains going by every 2-3 hours.There’s a Loves 12 miles away.

Always check your trailer before you back under it they tend to drop the trailers a little high... Don't wanna high hitch your trailer. Other then that great pickup location

Cannot hook to a trailer, yard dogs lift way high in the air and will ignore you when your trying to flag them down to assist. 45 minutes cranking on a loaded trailer just to be able to start the hook up process. Leadership needs to pay more attention to more than what goes on IN the plant

⭐⭐⭐⭐Update ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beware of the scam they are running now. We arrived with a clean spotless trailer and they tried to get us to provide a washout receipt or send you to spend money at one of these hopeless backroad businesses they have a deal with to keep them with customers. I threatened to video and take pictures to complain to corporate or sue for trying to shake us down. What do you know, now they don't need a receipt because it's clean. ⭐⭐⭐This a place is absolutely a joke. Horrible wait times and pitiful customer service. If you're not an Owner operator avoid this place. I hope they go out of business.

It was an okay experience for me when I went there. There is overnight parking on lot across from shipping office. love's truck stop down the road about 10miles. Usually a drop and hook and loads are ready towards the drop dead time. Call to check on load after initial sign in 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

No explanation to truckers about wait times or what they want us to do when we get there i.e. where to drop where to hook up to loaded. Constantly reminded that if YOUR RUDE you will be kicked out when the staff was rude themselves. All the trailers are stuck in the mud if it rains and yard dogs are few and far between. This place sucks.

Drop trailer’s are always dropped way too high. Guard in shack act like your not there stay on their phones talking laughing. And I went in it was only two drivers in there me being one of them.

Or, simply BS!42 hours to load one trailer!Is this the absolute record?I'd load my trailer faster with a teaspoon!Came here on Friday afternoon and got a call on Sunday morning!Why would anybody wanna spend Memorial day weekend with their friends and family, when you can waste Friday, Saturday and Sunday sitting in your truck in Texas in the middle of nowhere ? !Life's too short to be wasting days waiting to be loaded!Obviously, would never come back here!They couldn't even tell me the correct location of my trailer! I drove two times around those rows where my trailer should've been. Found my trailer in the different row!They overextended landing gear on my trailer and put my trailer SO close to another trailer, so that I had to crawl under trailers and manually lower landing gear while nearly sitting in dirt!I've dropped my trailer with a full tank and the reefer unit was turned off, then when I came to pick it up, it was already 3/4 full, and it was set to Start/Stop by their own employees - which means the trailer was loaded at least the day before.I imagined, Hell would be something similar to this!

Dropped trailer lot is easy, security is straightforward as is picking up a trailer. Some transparency on estimated load completion times would be nice though...

I just came here to see the reviews lmao !!! This place never change , it’s been the same over the years , I came here a lot back in 2017 to 2019 … and yes you gonna wait at list 10 ( if you are lucky ) to 48 hours 😂 good luck kids !!!!!! Remember to always have some food / snacks in your truck and most important water and plastic bags / toilet papers for any emergency ! 😂 😂 😂 if you tired just tell them you are going to drop the trailer and grab an hotel . Tell them that you feel sick . Simple . … By the way … check your trailer before you leave , they don’t care about your equipment . I spend a lot thanks to this guys 🤡

I had an appt range from 7/20 0200 to 07/21 0200 I arrived at 0200 on 07/21. “Load isn’t ready go wait across the street” bathrooms here but do not have light or soap. Plenty of room though… I am writing this review at 1100 on 07/21 absolutely ridiculous. They will not give you an ETA. My dispatcher was told over an hour ago it would be ready in an hour and still nothing. I’ve called multiple times and while they are friendly i am still very much annoyed. Maybe if I start to make lunch they’ll call lol

They keep raising prices on bus fair. But they won't even buy Borger a new bus it messes up real quick sometimes the heater in busses don't even work. They also told an employee that he could not go to his own appointment because someone else was not showing up for work. That's not fair they want people to show up and they won't even let them go to a scheduled appointment for a physical .

This place is a joke, they never have loads ready at their appointment time! Was here last week, and it took them 24.5 hours to get my load ready, and haven’t got paid my detention yet, because customer has to approve it, that’s what my dispatch is telling me. today 9/15/23 appointment time was 13:00, it’s 18:38 and load not ready yet. I have a bad feeling it’s gonna be ready by tomorrow morning. Worst customer ever been to! 👎🏼 Mexican food across highway, really good. And a convenient store, they also sell food! Carne asada burritos totally recommend!

Today it's 6/20/23 I came to pick up my load and this is the 2nd time I come here. The last time I was here the trailer was 13 inches high with 42,00 pounds heavy and I have to put it down and I hurt my back. Today it's the same and I asked for them to moved so I can get the landing gear down, first they're making fun of me and then they just moved and left. It's 109 degrees and 42,000 pounds and I'm 5'2 and 120 pounds. They know that I'll hurt my back trying to get it down but they just left making fun of me. Great..

The load was ready for drop and hook, but the lot is a mud mess, and they don't allow you to slide tandems in it (which makes sense) but it makes backing harder for rookies.

Yeah poor service. I came by yesterday at 12 noon to deliver a partial load well 19hrs later I’m still waiting. Also I just went to check apparently it has been unloaded and no one called. It was probably unloaded around 8 or 9 last night because I started getting messages about the reefer not within temp range. So I say that to say this be diligent when coming here because you might be waiting a while and your product might go bad….

If you want restart to 14 hrs come here and long wait is guaranteed. I been waiting 9 hrs for a load.You have to drop the empty trailer, they load it and when you hook it up it already has the seal on. When I looked through the fruit door my 2 load locks were on the floor, they weren't securing the load.There are signs where they say that if you argue with any of them they send the video to your dispatcher, The Security man from the night shift 3/15/2021 was unprofessional and threw my invoices on their table, he seems like a frustrated person, the women are very nice and professional, the Security man in the morning is very professional 03/15/2021.

Please tell me why you raise the trailer all the way up? It is extremely difficult to lower the trailers, especially when they are close to another one.

If you’re picking up here, prepare to take a 34. My load wasn’t ready until 20hrs after it should have been done. The trailer got dropped way to high after it got loaded, so pay attention for that. They also loaded the trailer at 25 degrees, and the set temperature on the BOL is -10, so even though they finally called to tell me the load was ready, I hook up to the trailer and still have to wait for it to get to at least 0. So with this major delay, I will have to get with my company to reschedule the delivery appointment. It’s amazing that even on the BOL it will say “Requested Delivery Date” and yet they load late and make it impossible to deliver on time, unless they just assume every truck is a team truck. The waiting game is apart of this industry, but it can really mess with your paycheck regardless of detention. I’m glad I’m getting out of OTR.

The guard shack gets no complaints from me the yard dogs that move the trailers where they need to go are rude and lazy as can be… they drop the trailers with the legs super high then act like it’s a problem when you ask them to connect to it and lower it something they can do without getting out of there seat…I had them help me I lowered it wasn’t enough asked again he didn’t speak English so he just left the guard had them bring it to the gate for me I lowered it but to low and to heavy to raise so this time asking for help they disappeared the guard called them they gave her a hard time I call the manager for the guys that move the trailer and he’s just as sorry as them your a truck driver you supposed to know how low it needs to be that’s his answer mind you this trailer is raised 5 feet in the air and you want me to look at the legs and just know where they need to be for my truck to connect yea ok just sorry people managing even more sorry people…5 stars for the guards and the loaders my load was a day early and the guards did everything they could to try to get me help but I’m the end I couldn’t get the load couldn’t raise or lower the trailer…what’s even worse they connected to the trailer as soon as I left like really you couldn’t just do that one more time for me to raise it a couple inches

Every damn time. Expect to hand lower your trailer this much when you pick up. My pick ups typically aren't late and security usually answers the phone, but I would have strong words for whoever is doing this to trailers.

They take forever to load. I went to check on the load I'm supposed to pick up & there are tons of semis waiting to get loaded trailers as well. I've had better luck with transmission failure in Bakersfield, California than waiting for a load here.

I would give more stars to this place, buuuut the bathroom's they have for us truckers are completely and utterly disgusting and dont even have lights! They are rarely on time with their loads and when they are their yard dawgs always have the landing gear down too far and drop them in a bind. Come on yall clean the bathrooms I mean porta John's do better and they at least clean them once a week.Truckers if you are gonna pick up here bring something to clean with and a headlamp. Plan on doing a lay over and plan accordingly bring water and food. Cause it is quite obvious this company does not care about us drivers!!!
