I am a hospice nurse and I had a patient in a pain crisis who needed pain medication ASAP. The last time I called, I called at 5:45, and the pharmacy closes at 8. I ended up hanging up after waiting on hold for over two hours for one phone call. Earlier in the day, anytime I had to contact the pharmacy, I waited on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. Apparently this store does not care to prioritize phone calls at all. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be recommending that my patients do not use this pharmacy from now on.

Horrible experience with getting RX filled. Rx Manager told me that I didn't need my prescription filled at that time, and I should come back in a few days. She said they were too busy to work on it because they were short-staffed and corporate wouldn't let her hire an additional Rx techician. Sounds like she is the one with issues. HEB filled it with no issues. ZERO STARS!

When we first started using this pharmacy a year ago, my perception was the best and fastest customer service of any Walgreens Pharmacy I ever experienced; that perception has changed...!!! We will be finding a new pharmacy. Lack of organization, care, and efficiency is gone! Drive-thru is even worse around lunchtime. Staff could care less if you have sat in line for 15 min, they'll just shut the blinds and go to lunch. Perfect example of DEI hiring at it's best... Save yourself, find another pharmacy. DO NOT recommend!

Horrible pharmacy customer service, claimed they filled my prescription and didn't. The blonde lady that works there is so rude it is ridiculous, where did they find this miserable human being. They have my medication on backorder and then never call me when it is in stock. Burnet is the worst.... Switching to CVS.

Started this location because of available hours and fast service. My child has a disability and when we need meds we need them at odd hours and fast. Now they are the exact opposite, insanely slow and rude. Today the lady told me she "couldn't do" something that has been done many times over in the past. She just didn't want to do her job, so we had to pay more than required just so my daughter can get her meds and she can be lazy. Will be going to another pharmacy. Don't recommend.

poor excuse for a pharmacy.you cant call them by phone - can only work with automated calls.I reordered a Rx 3 times & they just couldnt make it happen.this this was the 3rd time this happened .same day I called got another local pharmacy in town to transfer the Rx & I got it in about 30 minutes.I'll never use Wallgreens again

This pharmacy is the worst ever. Find another pharmacy. Prescriptions are never filled complete, unexplained price increases. They take long lunches and close early at times for no reason. Stay away!

I have been trying to work with this pharmacy for about a year and a half now. Each time they refill my prescriptions the pricing is very different, using their discount program. They consistently miss one of the refills, and the customer service is far less than desirable. I called to refill my prescription last Thursday and was told it would be ready by Friday. Went to pick it up the following Tuesday and it has not been filled. They offered no apology, reasoning, etc. Just said it didn't get filled and they would put it line and to come back tomorrow. Then in discussing why pricing had more than doubled, I was told that maybe I should go somewhere else. Guess that was the push I needed. I will never go back and have never felt the need to completed a review like this. RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY!

This is my favorite Walgreens ever! The reason is that the employees are always so friendly and seem very happy in their work. They are always helpful and know exactly where I can find things. They are honest about brands and pricing. I hope the management of this Walgreens shows the employees the appreciation that they deserve. I am always greeted with a smile and the check out process is smooth and friendly! Thank you to the employees for a job well done!

Let's talk drugstore makeup!So I wanted a new foundation, but I am always hesitant to buy because I worry about the shade not matching and being stuck with it. While at this walgreens, I was curious what the return policy for tested makeup is, and Google told me it varies by store and is up to the manager. A kind woman working in the beauty section asked if I had questions, and I asked her. She told me this store does accept returns for tested makeup, but also let me try out some shades and helped me find my own and told me what looked best. Her suggestion was correct and I'm very happy, so don't worry about shades not matching if you buy from here :)

Terrible management by Patricia Poorez the bully, she is aggressive to the customers and vendors, offensive to the customers and the employees at the store, abusive and prideful, difficult to work with, the store is losing business and lots of money because of her, terrible management personality, lack of customer service in the store, please see previous public review 1 star from other customers.Please find another BETTER manager for this store..

One pharmacist told me my prescription is ready to pick up. I go the next day to pick up. Different pharmacist tells me 3 more days. I live way out in the country. With gas prices y'all literally just cost me $25 & an hour of my time!

Ryan the pharmacy tech is useless, rude and condesending. Definetly needs training talks to you like you don't know anything about your prescription benefits and is not willing to help. make sure you ask to double check on the benefits for your plan or they will try to charge you full price.

This location is the best I have have been to. The pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very quick with your prescriptions, and have helped me save money by finding me a coupon for my meds. The lady that runs the makeup counter is just adorable. She will greet you with a smile and always help you find What you are looking for, and a way to save a few bucks.

Always great customer service from all team members! Pharmacy is amazing...they even know me by name, the cosmetics manager really knows everything about all the products they stock and can suggest exactly what you are looking for! With curbside pickup its mire convenient than ever!!!

As a new 'local,' I went in for meds for my husband who just had knee surgery. The pharmacy assistant had no other customers, but was sorting the filled prescriptions into bins. She turned to me and said she'd be with me "in a minute." Ten minutes later, with no other customers in sight, she turned around to talk to me, her ONLY live customer, one who had a very sick husband waiting in the car. The pharmacy service at Walgreen's continues to be BAD in every single Walgreen's with which I've ever dealt, from Rosenberg, TX, to Dripping Springs, TX, to Evergreen, Co. I'm THRILLED that my insurance requires me to get my scripts filled at HEB now.

Corey at cosmetics knows her makeup. A true angel she is. Muigan the pharmacist is such a great help with my medications and the times of day so they don't make me nauseous.Burnet Walgreens is by far the best store I've walked in and immediately was greeted at the door with a FOR REAL welcome. I truly LOVE my Burnet Texas Walgreens.

My favorite store of all time. You can find just about anything you need in store or online with the convenience of no waiting lines. So clean, and organized all the time. Lower prices on cigarettes than most.

Been buying smokes here for years, suddenly have a "I'd everyone policy" because they are too stupid to screen staff, and now u had to run all the way home just to get the stuff I wanted. Everyone in Burnet, please boycott this Walgreens. HOGWASH! I CALL shannanigans.

VERY RUDE. Do not go to this location unlessn you want to be stocked by management like a common criminal and treated as such I am understanding that this place must have a huge theft issue in that area however there management is out of hand.
