I spent 10 minutes at checkout listening to teenagers talk about their therapist and Hippa laws. Rather then sacking. Many of my items were not In stock. Such as head lettuce,tomatoes and according to butcher they do not carry half or full hams? It should be a consideration with Easter coming up.Also got home without my pastry item.I'm certain you can do better.As customers we spend hundreds of dollars and deserve better from our "New HEB"

I had ordered a cake and told the lady at the counter and showed a photo of the cake along with the border I wanted. Came back a few days later for the cake to be completely wrong along with not being able to read what the cake said. I notified a lady around the bakery about the issue for her to be rude stating “That’s not what the description said”. They had taken the cake back “fixed” the mistake only to have blotchy icing with colors running. The roses were two different shades of pink and along with the cake being cracked. I took the cake to the front and spoke with the customer service ladies who were extremely helpful.The main manager had brought the cake to the bakery and explained the issue we kept having. We overheard the bakery manager say “It’s not a big issue it’s just a birthday cake”. We were instructed to come back 20 minutes later and the problem would be fixed. The cake looked much better but were charged an extra $15 more even after the mess up three times and only offered 20% ($4) off. I went back to customer service to see why i was charged more since the cake was messed up 3 different times. Terri at customer service was extremely helpful and had our issue fixed immediately. Only gave 3 stars because of Terri other than that i would give zero if possible 🤷‍♀️

I just went to the pharmacy drive thru and had to park out on the highway just to go thru the drive thru which is VERY VERY dangerous with all the traffic and 18 wheeler huge trucks that can't stop very fast ,I had to keep pumping my brakes and had my turn signal on just so the traffic would stop or change lanes so I wouldn't get rear ended, they need a longer lane for picking up prescriptions. I also did curbside grocery pickup and that was great ,my order came out early and I only had a couple of items that they didn't have in the store.Since they renovated this store and added curbside as that's all I use as time has gone by they usually have every item I order.

Really good customer service.Small store compared to the ones in Austin. Good enough for a small town. Do not expect to find everything that you would find in a larger HEB store.

First thing to share about this HEB is it has more delicacies (attached pics) compared to other HEB I have visited. Stocks are very fresh and friendly staffs guide through in locating items.Has pharmacy & gas station located within the store.Gas is cheaper than other bunks located in the same region. If you happen to cross burnet and low on gas better get filled here. #HappyShopping

It's a grocery and whatever store. I'm only giving them four stars because if anything, they need traffic control not only out in the parking lot but also an in store meter maid.There is no consideration made between customers. They'll leave their cart in the middle of the aisle and walk away, sometimes ten (plus) feet away. Meanwhile, the cart traffic builds up in both directions. I attempted to move a cart, and the lady's ancestral she bear came alive.Had a meter maid been there, the cart jam could could have alleviated, and the violator charged 50 Buddy Bucks.

I went at a time they were very busy. The lines started to back up and the floor manager opened 3 more registers and shuffled people around to get the check outs moving... Excellent management move!! In addition, the cashier was awesome. Thanks for the excellent experience!!

It feels like every time I go to this place everything is just more expensive for no reason. Literally $8 a pint for blueberries last time I went in. The dog food costs twice as much as it did 3 years ago. But somehow they can afford all these remodels? I'm starting to think that they're making us pay for it. I used to think that HEB was cool and that you could count on them to deliver quality Goods at reasonable prices but it's clear now that the people that own it only care about maximizing profits and they'll gouge you every chance they get.

The remodel sucks. No parking. Not enough space on aisles for 2 grocery carts to go by. Barely enough room at check to get cart and kids out the door. The door isn't even wide enough for people to come in and out of the store.

As usual the shelves are bare of the more inexpensive items so if you’re on a budget or feeding a family you’re out of luck. Currently the checkout lines are 5 and 6 people deep and no one is bagging your groceries so be prepared to bag them yourself. What a horrible experience. And the managers just walk around doing nothing but watching.

I really like HEB. Like all HEBs, the Burnet store is clean, the selection is good, HEB store products are excellent, and the people are almost all very friendly. I do caution other shoppers to carefully check for all of the items making it into your cart after checking out. I am not good about doing this and have made it home without some items on more than a couple of shopping trips.

A big sigh of relief from the folks at HEB and their Customers here in Burnet Tx.I was a customer there on 11-6-2023, after shopping getting in my truck, I dropped my wallet in parking lot!Realized it 20 mins later. I called # on receipt they told me yes someone had already turned it in at HEB office.Just Wow thank you to that Very nice customer. I hope maybe you might read this as a thank you very Much! G

The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is there's no stop light to exit.Update: I'm dropping this down to 3 stars, was in major accident today in the parking lot waiting to exit. A car trying to pull into HEB got t-boned, and launched their car into my car, most likely totalled my car, air bags deployed, EMS was needed in the parking lot. I'm also in a lot of pain right now. Which I'll be going to the HEB pharmacy for. But hopefully we'll get a stoplight to exit HEB some day. 😞

Currently under construction. So there is not enough room to have full stocking.Staff are friendly and helpful.Though it is somewhat inconvenient, it is better than if they closed for remodeling. This way jobs are not lost and those that are not able to drive to Marble Falls still have a store to get things from.Glad HEB is making the investment in Burnet.

I like shopping at this HEB in BurnetTexas when I'm in town. It's not an HEB plus and more limited on items but I will take my shopping experience over availability because of the atmosphere. People are more polite and friendly there. You don't feel rushed. It still has a small home town feel which is nice.

The really big thing about this store is that it's not an HEB plus store so it's small and doesn't have enough space to stock everything that the big stores have. Right now they are doing a lot of construction on this store and they don't have my Silk unsweetened Almond milk and that's really frustrating because the HEB brand isn't good. Update: I also visited this store on September 7, 2023 and tried to get a prescription from the pharmacy but the person in front of me stayed at the pharmacy register for 20 minutes while I was the next person in line. My ice-cream turned into liquid while I waited and the line of people was so long that noone else came to help. A manager came and did nothing while we waited forever in line. I got tired of waiting and had to go. When I was checking out at the front register, Kapree was checking me out and when I told her about my experience in the pharmacy she was very rude and rolled her eyes at me and made rude comments to me. It was 4:02 pm. My mom retired from HEB and my sister was a Dell manager and a store director for HEB and I also worked at HEB and we would never treat customers like that or make them wait in line for 20 minutes. This store doesn't even have crushed tomatoes. HEB has really gone down the drain. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

The place is not My HEB. They're getting a face lift but they don't carry half of what I want. HEB needs to realize how far some people have to travel to get their groceries and give Burnet a HEB Plus somewhere. It's only slightly better than a Dollar General. The employees in Burnet are great. But honestly they just don't carry everything we need so we go to Leander or Marble Falls.

Getting gas here at the Burnet HEB ON our way home to Spring Tx.. We stop at just about every other HEB on our road trips lol.(I am obsessed) As a partner (employee) I am loyal to HEB and like to give them my business. The partners here at this HEB are outstanding and always ready to help. Just like any other HEB they are over the top amazing. Great produce, great prices and great hospitality.
