Was a regular at Triple C.Gave them a try....not bad ....still friendly.Bought horse treats and later found out that they were 50% more than Tractor Supply .The cashier and Marble Falls store manager didn't even check if it was an error.They said they can't compete at that price.Assuming everything is high.Thought they would have checked cost but I guess they already know their prices are more. Wish them well but will go elsewhere.

Asked for a certain feed, they said they were sold out . They took my number, never called back. Called to check and they were sold out again. Not even 5 days passed. Guess ordering is an issue there. Same as trying to put a reserve order in ...impossible. although they tell you that you can. Just no follow through. Taking my buisness elsewhere

First time there. I was helped by a young man. I asked for 20% lay pellets. I paid for them. He loaded them. By the time I got home to unload it, it was 16%. When I later told him about the mix up he claimed that there is no such thing as a 20% lay pellet and that the 16% was special order...

First visit rated 5 stars for helpfulness...update 7 months later...remove one star for lack of helpfulness.... consistency would work well here.2nd update. Remove 3 more stars for B.S.ing the customer. Stringing us along, saying you'll order product but never actually ordering it is pure B.S. We made three phone calls in three weeks. NEVER did any staff ever call us to give us an update. On each call we were given another flimsy excuse. 3 calls is good for 3 stars in my opinion. So that just leaves one.Much room for improvement. Good luck.
