Already friendly staff. Took out Frenchie in for a nail trim and modified bath. She came back happy and clean. They always treat our pup so well. Easy online schedule. No wait. Recommended

This is my main resource location for basic needs like substrate, hides, Timothy hay, and dog treats. *DO YOUR RESEARCH ON ANIMALS BEFORE YOU GO IN** They're taught and trained to SELL you everything in the store not just what you actually need for your pets. The staff here is very friendly and tries to be helpful; regrettably most aren't familiar with the proper care of tarantulas, scorpions, snakes, turtles, tortoises or lizards. Most of the critters they have aren't even set up correctly in store because they expect them to sell fast enough to not be an issue. However answers for your cat, dog, bird, mouse or hamster they're better able to answer. The store is pretty organized, well stocked, clean and doesn't smell like urine like some of the other locations I've visited. Yes this location has dead fish in the aquariums as you would see at most big box stores. There seems to be a high employee turn over rate at this location with maybe 2 younger regular employees that do work very hard and try to bee as helpful as possible. Plenty of parking with a puppy potty area fenced of right across from the front doors.

I really like my PetSmart the people are really helpful I bought some collar for my dog and some bandanas but they're really good prices on bad the selection is pretty good wish they had more bandanas though try the place it's pretty nice I did

It's a nice, clean store that is well stocked but, of course, it way overpriced. Some of the customers are rude and entitled but that's not the stores fault. The employees are helpful and courteous.
