Lady's are always very friendly and helpful. They help make my puppy feel safe and excited to go to the groomers. They do an amazing job on him. He walks in looking like a little black bear and comes out as an adorable mini aussie. 😍

I love the crew there and my dogs always leave their happy. I tried many other grimmers in my area and was not satisfied and was charged a lot more for a lot less. Coming here to get my dog groomed has been one of the best decisions I have made concerning my pet's health.

Emma was a mess from burrs we have in our yard and Tara did a great job with her,I really was reluctant to use a petstore for grooming because I had a very bad experience years ago that traumatized my dog for wks. But this store is where we buy pretty much everything for our fur babies and all the employees just seemed really nice and eager to help. Tara was great and very loving towards our little Emma and that seriously gave of peace of mind that she was in good hands..

I do think they were very gentle. With her and the groomer who actually cut her hair and nails was familiar with her I don’t think the assistant knew my dog very well. She took her back and she kept calling her a him. But the groomer knew to take her right back because sometimes she can confrontational. I really like that part!

When I called to make the appointment it was never explained to me that there was a two-day waiting period if your dog just had her rabies shot. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and was told to wait then when it was my turn I was told that I have to reschedule because of the rabies vaccination needing a two-day wait. I asked how much it was going to be a groom my dog brush her teeth and cut her nails and she gave me an estimate about $55. The lady I spoke with spoke to me very demeaning and so I just left and rescheduled the appointment. When I returned for the appointment the lady that I was dealing with was very rude and it's not what she said it was how she said it. I did leave my dog and when I returned I was not very happy and the price was $80 as opposed to the $55 I was originally quoted. Not sure if we'll be returning but in the future you may want to provide a little more customer service and a smile go a long with it.

Ollie has never been overly excited about being groomed, especially getting his nails cut. We were told that he was not a problem and when we got Ollie home he seemed to be in a very happy mood, not like when other groomers had him, Ollie would come home and not be happy at all. So yes we will be taking Ollie back at least once a month to be groomed at Petco.

So the team is excellent when it comes to knowledge about products. However, I went in today and literally CRIED. I got asked if I needed a tissue but they didn’t seem to care why I was all the sudden upset.I took my yorkie in for a bum trim, facial trim, nail trim. I got home, and it looked like her nails weren’t even touched. So I come back in for them to re-touch the NAILS. I look in the window and my long haired yorkie I’ve been feeding fish oils and expensive things to get her hair long was now all on the ground. I NEVER once said ANYTHING about a haircut!!! Just her bum and face! So, even though Petco itself is a great store... I just can’t return. Although, shout out to Christina who always took such great care of my German shepherd, Colt! I just don’t think I can see that other ladies face anymore. Despite the bad attitude she had (& yes I told the manager about her attitude along with i’m usually never one to complain) this girl made me so upset I couldn’t even speak about it. No point I guess since you can’t put the hair back. So now I have to start all over again to try and get my poor baby’s hair back. Such a horrible feeling. I KNEW I should have just let Christina do it. Advice to others: stick to the people you know and trust.

I love everyone at my Burleson Petco. Everyone that takes care of my dogs, does so with great care. They are friendly to us and good to my fur babies. I can't recommend them enough.

They care about the pets and interact with my dog she is 103 lbs and will do anything thru cooperation but can't force her to do anything she don't want to do petco has her happy and playful when I pick her up and she smelled good.

took my dogs to Petco for grooming and was very happy when I picked them up the groomers did exactly how I wanted them. also they took care of my dogs which they have issues as they are senior dogs with problems.

My babies hate being groomed by strangers and can be a handful..but the ladies who groomed them were very patient and attentive to them as they were very nervous and scared..I appreciate their kindness..bringing in my my 3rd baby soon..🙂
