Newnak's Pet Caskets

I'm not one to really post reviews, but Newnak's is certainly worthy of an exception for all the right reasons. It's always hard to have a pet pass away, and it is often so unexpected. Unfortunately, in the past seven years, my family has experienced a few losses but Newnak's has been a truly reliable maker of caskets that allowed our little ones to depart with dignity and in turn help the family with dealing with the loss. The first time, we went through a third party after extensive search and we were impressed. Three years later, I happened to stumble upon their actual address and they allowed me to pick up from them directly. Yesterday afternoon, I received a call from my family during rush hour and I couldn't make it in time by the 5PM close because of where I was coming from work so I called at 3:30 PM and left a voicemail. Soon after I received a call back and when requesting to pick up later in the evening, they said that was no problem and worked with me in getting together the right casket color combination that my family wanted. Just a bit before 7PM, I was greeted by Danna and she even remembered our meeting from a few years ago. It's never a pleasant circumstance that leads to needing Newnak's but their professionalism, sympathy, and willingness to work with us is worth coming back to them when those hard times come around. A great thank you to them for being so great as people and for making a beautiful and durable product worthy of our beloved pets that have passed.

I appreciate how they were so friendly in such a difficult time.The casket was perfect size and sealed very well. Writing this brings back the pain. But I wanted to share my thanks. Also burying my friend with his toys and bed made me feel better.

Nice people here. They manufacture the caskets and sell directly through a website. I needed one quickly and they were local, allowed me to pick it up.
