This United is better than most. I've noticed lots of Uniteds the shelves aren't stocked that well, and look kind of like a tornado came through, but this one is different. It looks like someone is really working their tail off. Personally I feel that when I'm shopping at a store that is well put together, it helps justify the sting at the register. This area as a whole leaves a lot to be desired, but at least there is a decent grocery store here.

I love this supermarket and the fact that it has an area as soon as you walk into the store to the right a bit of history about the town and why it was called Boom town, I love that they keep a bit of history alive by homuring it there.The prices here are great and they have a very wide selection of food, drinks, snacks and other items.Definitely recommend checking out United Supermarket.

This place is excellent. Out of town visitors and the staff could not have been more friendly. Well stocked store, clean and bright. Wonderful supermarket to visit for all of you shopping needs.

They wheel your cart out to your vehicle and load your groceries in your vehicle. All you do is say thank you. Then again, that's Texas people for you. Friendliest in the country

It had what I went for, food! They don't have any cart return corrals, I did self check out & no one asked to take my cart out, so therefore there was no one to take the cart back inside. If they want me to self checkout, self bag & carry it out, then they can go out & bring them all back in

This place is pretty great. The prices are decent for the times we live in. They carry some rare stuff like frozen wild blueberries and chopped dates. The customer service is stellar, especially the pharmacy ladies and the gentleman who does curbside. I get him almost every time, and the guy is just super sweet and respectful. This is my go-to store even though it's smaller than a lot of other stores, it's better quality. My fruits are never moldy like Walmart. My meat is always fresh and not expired like Walmart. If you can shop here, I would. I drive all the way from Comanche, OK just to shop here.

It's the only grocery store in burkburnett. They do have very nice folks working there. Lots of high school and college age kids with great attitudes. Prices are comparable if you don't have to use extra gas to drive to the next town to Walmart. Always such nice people and willing to do extra to help out when I have to get a lot of errands done and I'm early or late.

This store and the people are so great that when my 16 year old granddaughter decided to get her 1st job, her whole family encouraged her to apply at this store so she could learn great customer service. She loves the job and the people.The store is always clean, well staffed, and well stocked. They have an app so I can shop online and do curbside pickup and so far that's been working out great for me.

Store was ungodly hot and I couldn't finish shopping, instant headache and nausea. Same thing last week my daughter and I were there, got ill but managed to get checked out. Can't determine the cause just it occurs in minutes then lasted 3 days we were both sick. Should keep a public space much cooler to prevent viruses from multiplying. Not saying it was a virus but as hot as it was that would be a realistic possibility.

Update: my opinion has not changed.I love this store because it's small and I don't have to walk a mile to get milk and eggs. The staff are the friendliest I've seen in years too. I don't mind paying a little more going here because it's close to home.

Very clean, awesome customer service! They actually uncart your items, scan your items, bag the items in paper or plastic, take the full cart out to your car and UNPACK YOUR GROCERIES IN YOUR CAR! I've never experienced such awesome service before

I Love our hometown United! They allow their employees to express themselves, happy, sometimes silly but I LOVE IT! This old world is way too serious. I'm thankful that Caden likes to talk and laugh with me when checking out my grocery items! He speaks Spanish too and made my heart happy! Best of all it's the people, the employees that make this a wonderful store!!!

Management tries to limit the quantity of meat packages available on sale, to save his loss. Closes meat department early so there is nobody there to prepare more sale items. Very poor customer service.

A++ much better than Walmart. Cannot give enough praise about their customer service. Very courteous and helpful. Also, the Fried chicken there is second to none. Always enjoy shopping at united. I highly recommend.

Fast, local, and friendly. I've been going to this United as long as I can remember. I wish they would bring back the quarter coke machines, but I wouldn't hold a grudge if they didn't. Those machines always use to frustrate me. It's like I know everyone

This is a great grocery store but beware, quite often I have found they place sale tag prices on items but forget to tell the computer. Other times, an advertised special price does not ring up as such. They usually offer to make it right but you have to return to the store.
