very rude staff. couldn't keep their eyes off me and my friend then proceeded to try and kick us out for "misplacing things" when all we had done was move a warm drink to the fridge to pay for later then put down brownies to look at a cup then followed us out, we hadn't done anything to make them so aggravated we had simply walked around the store a couple of times discussing what to get and I do not appreciate the way they had approached us about the situation they were very immature, we are 17 and trying to have a little picnic but had our day ruined by adults that don't know how to properly approach a problem

I was just in this store on 11/21/2023 @ 4:32pm and the Asst Manager Rachel is one rude individual. She is so short tempered and rude as heck. Sign says one thing and she says another. When she was walking off she says did you read the sign. She is definitely not a people person. The cashier Ms.Sandra was one of the sweetest. Her customer service skills was amazing.

Staff is very unfriendly, kicked me and my friend out after they assumed I was misplacing things. Followed me out of the store to yell at me and my friend. They're very disrespectful.

Does anyone else think this is kinda rude. All that was needed to be said was, Limit two per Household. I get that people are going nuts over certain items but is it really there business what you use them for !!

This is Burkburnett's cleanest and newest dollar store. However, I prefer the Dollar General for a wider product selection.
