Tonight i stood at the counter waiting for help for exactly 6 minutes. I then had to call the store and a woman answered and i had to explain i am standing at counter and waiting for help. Her words to me were WELL I WILL BE RIGHT THERE. SHE THEN COMES TO COUNTER AND DOES NOT SPEAK OR ANY OF THAT. She doesn’t even put my items in a sack. I had to do it myself. She was very nonchalant and had this oh well attitude. Her name is AYLA. I asked her did you not see me looking for someone and her response was IF I DID I WOULD HAVE CAME. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her to do her job. I spend way too much money at this store for that type of attitude and the nonchalant oh well attitude.

Even though they're not a true "dollar" store anymore I cannot say a bad thing about them. I've been shopping there for years and many improvements have been made over time. They have brand names now whereas that used to not be the case. Employees are friendly and it's generally well stocked. It's always been a great go-to store for paper goods and cosmetics in my opinion. If you've never been check it out sometime!

I want to make a shout out for the dude who works the Night shift. He is always friendly and has great customer service skills. He always has a smile and makes you feel welcome in the store. "Great Job man."

Well it's always nice to have a place to get in and out really quick and not spend an arm and a leg. Also the place has cleaned up quite a bit from years back. Lastly the employees are usually always nice and always greet you in the way in.

I am thankful for this store. I hope the owners know how hard these folks work. The multi tasking these employees do is pretty incredible. From stocking, to cleaning, to being a checker. I sincerely appreciate them and their hard work! Thank you ❤️

I shopped in DG this week and was amazed at the difference of the looks of the store. No more crate blocking the isles and all but one shelf was very neat. Not perfect but well on its way. Keep up the good work because l like shopping at DG. Oh, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I"ll rate it a 4 star for right now because of the great improvement but a 5 star is very close

Ok, I normally love the Dollar Generals. I'm a person that can feel atmosphere whether good or off. In fact I shop where I feel comfortable, welcome and can find what I need. I just don't feel comfortable shopping in Burk's Dollar General but not sure why. Just an uneasy feeling tension in the air when I go there. They have what I look for but I prefer the Family Dollar down the street for the welcome response and relaxed atmosphere there.

I was very upset with the man who walked my friend and I around and said we were moving items. We both had multiple items to purchase and ended up leaving due to the unprofessional behavior of that employee. The one out of place item was already in the wrong location when he accused us of putting it on the shelf. I am glad I do not live in that town because I would definitely have found or waited for management to report him. He also had bad body odor and clearly seeking conflict. Shame on the people/person who hired and poorly trained this terrible employee. I am disappointed, angered and disgusted with that employee and the entire Dollar General corporation. My rating on this location is less than 1 star.

Ringing up my items when the shelf says one thing and they want me to pay another or they forget to use my paper coupon for $5.00 off and total it and tell me they can't and won't fix it cause they have to do it all over again. Not my problem it's theirs. It's really frustrating.

Lots of things out of place and not very organized. Some things are hard to find but the convince is good. Usually only 1 person working the register though so it makes business slow.

This place is super dirty there is merchandise all over the place. Employees are not friendly at all. They have RATS in the store, I had to use the rest room and there were 3 rats on a trap in the back room. Can you say the health department needs to shut them down. Out dated food on the shelfs. I will not return to this store.

Pulled in at 7:42 a.m this morning on Oct 22, and it's completely dark, all lights are off and doors locked. Nobody inside but store opens at 7 a.m every day! Very irritated this morning. Guess United will get my money this morning instead.

Worst ever!! One cashier and two were standing around while one customer was being checked out for over 30 minutes! ! People were leaving and I almost did but needed my groceries too bad! Still very nasty. Won't go back and will spread the word!

Was turned away cause i used a 100$ bill to pay for an item. Her reason was it was too early. The two girls working were eating chips. And told me it was too early. Bad store all around ecperience.

The most convenient place in town to pick up a few necessities, but they are often out of the items we buy most frequently. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

I think Dollar General has improved in Burkburnett since it's Under New Management it always seems to be well stocks now compared to the way it was before it shut down for a brief. Of time

Terrible experience! Card machine would not work after multiple tries. Had to leave purchases there. My bank contacted me concerned this was possible fraud. A lot of wasted time and energy.

My visit was okay however, since this store closed down and reopened the prices have gone up and the selection they had previously is just not the same. For these reasons I have been going to the family dollar more so lately.
