The young lady in drive through her name is HAILEY. She is a very rude and dismissive person. She had this dry very ugly tone to her and did not say have a good night or any of that. Matter of fact she had ZERO ENGAGEMENT. This is second time I have visited this store and been treated like this by this same young lady. Then I said NO NUTS ON MY DOUBLE DIP SUNDAE AND LOOK NUTS.

If I can give then 0 star I would the service was not good also I order the bag of burger without cheese and if ask if they could put extra mustard & ketchup pretty simple then I pay for my order and got my food . Once I gotten home notice there wasn't extra mustard and ketchup on all the sandwiches ! They really need to listen and actually do there job if the customer ask for extra sause on there sandwiches do it waste of my time never again.Updated as 3/2024Braums is no longer allowing any semi truck parking there anymore .There not truck friendly and now they will losing more coustomer Keep it up braums your going to be losing more business

We went to braum's with my inlaws from put of town and we were looking forward to having breakfast there. We were showing our inlaws the store and stuff inside before going to place our order at 10:32 only to be told breakfast finished at 10:30. We were shocked and a tad bit appauled that 2 minutes even though we were already there we couldn't get breakfast and the staff were rude and have no common sense.They also lost the sales of 12 of us who wanted to have a breakfast meal plus milkshakes to go.Also we would have been return customers but instead we've been put off returning and so have our family and friends.Staff needs retraining big time not the way to loose customers present and future over 2 minutes.

Always seem to have freshly made orders out fast & friendly. Only hit on the joint is it could be a little cleaner & updated on the dining side. Elsewise a great stop!

This store in burkburnett is the nastiest dirtiest Braums I have ever seen .I do not know who the regional manager is but he should be ashamed of letting his manager let a store look like that it took three times just to get my order correct. the week before I was in there the same french fries are still under the equipment a week later. He really should make a surprise visit.

So disappointed in the food and cleanliness of store. Burger did not taste fresh, it was warm at best. Fries tasted stale and had WAY too much salt. Sunday was good, the whipped cream was just a blob, was not airy at all. Fortunately, Emma helped me at both the food and ice cream counter. She was great. So I seemed to have an opposite experience than most.The self-serve area was filthy and none of the tables had been wiped very well, if at all. At 4:00 it didn't seem busy.I live out of state and am at Sheppard AFB for 5 weeks. I don't usually eat fast food but LOVE Braum's. I have limited myself to only 1 visit. I wished I would have driven into WF instead of Burkburnett.

Awesome ice cream 🍦🍨Wonderful burgers. Even breakfast here is good! Great value for what you get. Good customer service. Place is clean. Eat in or order to-go. Driver thru. They also carry groceries. Prices comparable to your local supermarket.....sometimes even better! Love our local Braum's.

Tried the limited Nacho burger. Really good burger never tried guacamole. But it was fresh I would totally get another. The only problems I had the resees cups were not choped up and the fries were not hot.

I went inside to get ice cream but before needed to use the restroom saw there were feces dried on the floor and blood on the toilet I am very disappointed in this store since the person who came out right before me was an employee and didn't bother to try to clean it or something will NOT return to this particular Braums this is disgusting and a health risk.

Came in for lunch, tables were dirty had to clean our own table... tea was horrible and fermented, went to get a coke they were out of coke.. all the staff hanging out around the grill not paying attention to customers.. people having to go get some one to ring them out at the market area. Just a filthy nasty place.. lazy employees dont go here

This place is nasty. I went at 8am and it was covered in dirt and grime. Bathroom smelled so gross I didn’t even want to wash my hands in it. Ketchup dispensers look like they haven’t been cleaned since they were installed. Food is just sitting all over the counters in the kitchen. Floors are sticky. Food was gross. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this place down. Dang braum’s employees get off your lazy butts and do some cleaning because that’s just pitiful.

Everytime I go here the food is not right. This has been since Aug. 2023 Been 5 times. each time I ask for 2 easy mustard no cheese burger..I have gotten mayo, I have gotten cheese and I have gotten 3 cheese burgers. Otherwise it could be a 5 star maybe.

I never leave 5*s for fast food places. But this was something different. The food was prepared very quickly. Our orders were hot and fresh. The options for the burgers were great. The attached grocery store was awesome. Everything was clean and everyone was super polite. I will definitely seek out a Braums when I'm back in Texes.

Playing video games, so I'll keep this short. The burger literally had me singing hallelujah. The ice cream had me singing "God is good, God is great" and the only issue overall was the soda fountain running out of root beer, making me have to get Sprite. Which is alright. I love Sprite. Sprite is good :)Food: 10/10Service: 9/10Ambience:10/10Overall: a very close 29/30. Love you, Braum's 🙏🙏🙏

Just tried Braum's today, wow! Fries, chili, milkshake, burgers are all amazing! Highly recommend. Pro tip: get ya a Large Lime Ade, take home, throw in a lil mint leaf, and a few air plain shooters of rum= instant mojito 😋

I enjoy Braums products, but every time I go there, something is wrong with my order. This time I asked for Large Combos for my wife, daughter and myself. We got med fries and medium drinks. I questioned Bonnie about it and she said that I did ask for large, but unless I specifically ask for Large fries and a 44 Oz drink, they can only serve the smaller portions. Why even have the larger portions if you won't serve them when asked? I guess I have to stick with Whataburger where they serve you the large portion when you ask.

I never give less that 3 stars, but the lady would not take my order, she just refused. I walked outside, I could not believe what just happened. My entire life, this is the first time a fast food restaurant employee that would not let me buy. Don't know what to say, I'm in shock, I just can't believe. I had Braum's on a pedestal, I considered it better than other fast food restaurants.Manager better watch your employees, and don't say they are fine because I recorded the entire thing.

This location is really filthy. It often smells gross, tables are often dirty, and nobody is sweeping crickets off the floor on a regular basis. We come in to grab ice cream tubs only.
