This is the best Ace in the area. The people know their stock and know how to use what they sell.They are always nice and very helpful.Prices are always fair and sometimes better than the big store in the big town.

Always a great visit to this store.. They have a wide range of stock which is perfect for the home improvements we are currently doing at home. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is great and the prices are very reasonable.Definitely recommend a visit to this store

Love the convenience of having a local Ace Hardware, especially here in our little town.I can honestly say, I have not been back to a Lowe's or Home Depot since the day this Ace opened here in Burkburnett. I don't need them. If it's not here locally, the employees can usually get it here in a day or two by special order.Speaking of employees, these folks are some of the best. The second I walk in the door I hear, "Welcome and can we help find anything?" Even better, they know exactly where the item is every time I do answer.Love this place! Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks!PS ... Don't forget to grab some 'World's Finest Chocolate' at the checkout counter. That is if I left you any.

I had the best experience I've had in a long while today! I needed a key cut for my pick up and I was having a heck of a time getting it done in Wichita Falls. One call to Ace set me on the right track! I went up on my lunch break and the gentleman cut me a copy within SECONDS all while providing the best customer service I've had in a LONG TIME! Fantastic staff makes all the difference in your business's success! THANK YALL!

Its a small town hardware store. So, basically its a place you can go to get things you need to fix your plumbing or lawn mower where you will spend 3x the money you should and the staff will act as of you were about to steal something the entire time you are there debating whether or not you should just say 'screw it' and buy the thing u need on Amazon. Its clean inside tho.....

Stopped in for some camper accessories. Welcomed by 2 friendly employees and a couple super friendly cats. The employees helped us find exactly what we needed and really helped us eliminate a few things we didn't need. Definitely the place to go if you need help in Burk.

Really nice hometown hardware store. I live about 20 minutes from Lowe's and Home Depot and 3 minutes from my local Ace Hardware store. Better than 90% of the time they had exactly what I needed. They have saved me time and in most cases money, especially on gas that would have been wasted traveling to other hardware stores. If you have Ace Hardware in your local area I suggest you give them a try. They may have exactly what you need.

Nothing in this store has the right price on it. You just have to guess how much it is until you get to the register and find out. I was told today that the price that was listed wasn't the correct price and they had to charge me the price that's in the computer. Other than that MAJOR problem, the place is clean and well lit. Customer service is very lacking.

There were some employees from another Ace store making improvements which is a plus. I found the item I was looking for ' sump pump' for which there were 4 or 5 ( none of which had the price ) . The price was reasonable & rewards cards are available to sign up for.Giving discounts, freebies & future events. Each & every employee has their own likable personalities & can usually tell you precisely where an item is located or assist until you are satisfied with your product choice.

We're have been looking for Roundup Gel everywhere. Went to Ace and they had it. Try your Ace Hardware first. If they don't have it they will try to get it for you. Very friendly staff also. I will keep going back to Ace!!!

In my opinion, the prices are a bit higher than I would expect to pay at other retailers. Also, this location doesn't seem to have the friendly Ace service I have experienced at other Ace locations. I can only hope that this location will improve.On my last visit, I was intrigued by a Big Green Egg Spicy BBQ sauce. There was no price on the item or the shelf. After a very extended hunt for assistance, an employee was able to finally offer me a shockingly high price for this lovely product. I decided to purchase this product online for five dollars less.I did purchase a few "sale" items and at check out received less than pleasant service. I purchased what I believe a sale item and was charged a full price. When I questioned this, the service went from less than pleasant to totally rude

I have been an Ace Hardware customer for a long time. Therefore I have been in many separate Ace Hardware stores. This is really one of the best. Staff can't seem to do enough to help you. They are very knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. KUDOS.

Recently I purchased a rake at Ace that simply fall apart. I took it in to the store and the manager, Hillary, quickly offered to make the deal right and I even purchased more items on that visit.That's the kind of refund/credit service I get at Walmart or Home Depot and it's right here in Burk, and less than two blocks away at Ace Hardware. Thanks Hillary, glad you guys are here. Hope I spelled your name correctly.

I have been using Ace hardware quite often over the years. I have always liked the way that Ace hardware cares about their customers. I went into this Ace hardware and was astonished at the lack of care for customers during this current pandemic. Other Ace hardware's do social distancing and wearing of masks. In this store none of the clerks were wearing masks. Most of the customers were not wearing masks. In addition, when we were checking out the another customer who wanted to check out (not wearing a mask) did not do any social distancing and were right behind us talking away. This will obviously be one Ace hardware store I will NOT be going to again!
