Got to the store 10 minutes early, on 06/22/2023. Josh turned around and walked away and did some weird hand motions at us and then hid himself so we couldnt talk to him at the door. Only reason we know his name is my husband went to school with him. Then the old lady at the register giving us dirty looks. The guy josh was watching his phone when we pulled up standing at the door. Either on it or watching the time. Just go watch your security cameras. How's a business suppose to survive with no customer service.

Always very friendly staff who utilize their knowledge base to help as much as possible. If someone doesn't know the answer they are quick to find another associate who does. I also appreciate when people take you to what you're looking for.

I'm from out of town and I was pleasantly surprised that I found the dog food I needed without having to go to a pet store in Beaumont! I buy a mid range food, and grocery stores usually don't have it, but I found it here and for the same price I'm used to paying out of state. They had a lot of pet supplies so if you're in the area you're bound to find what you need here.

This is the best Tractor supply in our area and we have 4 to choose from. Call my order in every month and it is always ready and correct when I get there. Recommend this store to everyone. 5 star as far as I am concerned.

I am in Livingston Tx so I called the Buna store to see if they had a Bartlett Pear tree, I was told by the boy that answered the phone " I really have no idea & right now we are too busy to go look" . That is horrible customer service. He could have easily asked if he could take my info to call me back or a number of other things.

There are some good deals to be had if you look around the store. Picked up a pair of 7.5 amp Dewalt 4 1/2" grinders with the paddle switches for $54 each. I was not looking for grinders but bought a pair anyway.

Love Tractor Supply!! They always have what I need when I cannot find it at my local feed store. Staff is mostly friendly and the young lady that helped us today was extremely helpful.

Tractor Supply is my once or twice a month go to for feed and a little extra something for my pets! Also my good friend goes there and buys her food for her animals at least twice a month! They are very helpful to us old ladies! LOL

I was surprised and impressed with the variety of merchandise available. I happily browsed while my hunny got some things he needed & I ended up buying some live herb plants. I was excited to see a few cilantros which I personally don't like but he does, for pico de gallo. I didn't really know what they look like but I grabbed one up because well...the markers in the pots said they were cilantro. They aren't. (Photos are included in this review.) I don't know what this plant is but I kept it because it makes for a funny story. The young man that checked me out, while friendly & pleasant enough, had an altogether rather lackadaisical attitude. Perhaps he wasn't normally a checker? He put several plants together in one bag that was basically the equivalent of a walmart bag so they were just going to fall over onto each other if I had picked up the bag. Then he stuck a hard plastic egg carton, that I also bought, in on top of the plants. I intervened quickly and I really don't think he understood why I did. We agreed that I'd finish bagging my purchases.

Very friendly atmosphere, I take my dog in on a leash and let her pick out her next toy. Very animal friendly place as long as they behave and are on a leash. They even sell live baby ducks and chickens.

Searched the internet for a specific battery for my mower. Found a HUSKEE 280 GT-H and read the reviews. Found that this was the battery I needed. Found that the Buna Tx store had them in inventory. I drove there and found none in stock. Still the website showed them in stock while the manager was present. Not to happy with the way they handle their business.

Five stars for the cashier friendly helpful and efficient.Three for the management its Saturday afternoon Sping break and one cashier on the floor. Not the first Saturday I've experienced this.

Stopped there after i had a blowout on my boat trailer and a guy named Gary Lopez was kind enough to actually change the tire out for me, even tho i was going to do it myself. While he was helping me he was telling me all about his family of which he really loves. He's a very genuine individual and deserves a raise, to say the least. He is an asset to Tractor Supply in Buna,tx. I also tried to force him to take a $20 for his efforts and would not accept. He asked that i would pay it forward. Yes, my friend, i will.

There is never enough of what you need at any of the stores. Either you are out or have to go to every store to get what you need. Always seems to have the things that do not sale.looks like someone needs to look at the inventory to see what is saleing at each store. And make adjustments.

Hard not to find what you need, the store has an OPEN VIEW. If you need assistance they're normally in the middle of the store as well. NICE!!! LOL

I could spend hours in this place, all kinds of tools, feed, pretty much anything you need for a farm, ranch, or DIY projects. Lots of home improvement items too.
