The plants outside were so dry they were dying, when I mentioned it to the guy working and the cashier, the cashier said "we are aware" the guy said "thats why they are bogo", later I heard the cashier state it wasn't her responsibility.Would it of been to much to just water the plants.Disappointed in the attitude of the 2 employees, every one wants a job, no one wants to work.

Two common things and no idea where Ritter has hidden them this month. Linseed oil (with turpentine and paint thinner, etc) and drain opener (plumbing, not house cleaners) would have had me looking all over the store for no telling how long, but I was smart enough to tell the first lady that ask me (before I got in the door good) what I was looking for, what two items I was looking for and she not only walked me straight to both, but assisted deciphering the labels on the drain opener to figure out which one sounded the most dangerous, which is what I brought home. Friendly, helpful, local.

We were greeted and helped right when we walked in. It's a large building but with a little bit of everything in it. So it's not good if you're looking for a big selection. But they have the basics and are friendly

Do not go there to buy lumber! Very little lumber, and what they do have is of poor quality. That being said, I recommend them for plumbing and whatever else hardware related that you need. Very courteous staff. I have no idea why they call it a lumber company. It's a hardware store with some boards.

Been coming here for 5 years since working home repair/commercial building maintenance they always have what i need ..folks inside are awesome and knowledgeable to get you what you need and back to your project in no time at all..thanks to mrs.wendy...mr.terry..mrs.
