I have never had a poor experience at this store. As a matter of fact, I usually brag about how nice the folks here are. But today our cashier, Abigail, had a pretty rotten attitude. She first tried to get us to go to another check out, that also had a line, so we stayed in her line. She was not friendly at all, and didn't even speak to us as she was checking us out. Didn't say a word. Scanned our groceries handed us the receipt, and that was it. Maybe shes having a bad day, but there's no reason to be so cranky to the customers.

Brookshire Brothers is great! I've never even came across a single employee that wasn't just as nice/friendly as could be! Also, if you're not a rewards member.. I recommend it! I've saved a pretty good chunk of change over time!

4 starsStore was clean, staff are polite and helpful, Prices on a lot of things are ridiculous. Not enough Coke, Pepsi, & Dr Peppers stocked on the shelves same with the end cap of little Debbie snacks. Yes the new store is nice but not enough stock or cashiers.

Decent selection for an area with a low population. The selection they do have, while I'm sure represents the location's population, isn't very diverse. The vegetable selection was 3 doors of a freezer aisle and was about 50% fried stuff. No fresh vegetables, either. Generally, the selection wasn't great, mostly cheap brands were stocked, and I'm not sure you could make a truly healthy meal shopping there; but, if you need to pick up paper towels or toothpaste, it works.

This is mainly a review on their Thanksgiving fried turkeys.My family had 2 of their Cajun fried turkeys for Thanksgiving. Y’all, 3 days later and we’re still eating the leftovers, and that turkey doesn’t lose flavor. Those birds were juicy, spicy, and delicious. I recommend it for anyone. I had just gotten over the Rona, and that is definitely worth a treat to taste.

Wonderful friendly people and excellent service including the deli staff. Would have given 5 stars but meat market area leaves something to be desired. Nothing in that area looks fresh or desirable. I would not ever eat the meat or poultry.

I decided to base my review solely on the quality of their made in store pizza. It looks very nice and has a pleasant scent. The taste is ok. Nothing really special about it and the crust is there but doesn’t really have anything special to add. All in all I might be tempted to get another one with a coupon but I will definitely be adding my own seasonings and toppings. Edit had the pizza warmed up and it was actually a little better. A lot of pizzas do this and it was very nice. Full stars now. Also just realized my internet safety name is the one that shows up and not my real name. I’m sorry

The employees will train follow you to help find whatever it may be, in my defense, it WAS my mother's cherry pie request for a box of eight individual pies.😂They are locally employed and all so kind and wonderful.You don't get that in a big city except on rare occasion.😏😬

Went to Brookshire Brothers this afternoon to pick up some things needed for the weekend. The store was quite busy but I had my list of what I needed to pick up so I started on my trip throughout the store. If all of us just simply went about our own business and never took the time to Smile or say Hello or How are you today?....what a dreary world this would be. Did you know it actually uses less muscles to smile than it does to frown....So take that frown and turn it upside down and Smile !!! You may just make a difference in someone's day.😀😃😃😄😄

Have all food items necessary convient and happy. The deli has a wide variety of foods and many snack cakes. If you have kids then this is the place for picky eaters. Lunchables included. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Not overpriced

Their were not enough cashiers. I had to stand and wait for someone to come to the office for the handicap scooter key. And she was rude.The bathroom was dirty with hand towels on the floor.The carry out boy was in such a daze he was standing in the cashiers place and she had to wait for him to move to get my change.A I had to get up off the scooter and carry out my 4 bags of groceries thyself bag boy had disappeared.Normally the scooter cart does not work right i guess they finally got it fixed.I am 56 years old and have shopped and worked with Brookshire Brothers all my life and this store is pitiful.

It's very clean and they have what you need for a typical grocery store but the employees could be friendlier and one of the ladies at the office isn't the friendliest, she's kinda rude and takes her time to get to you even if she sees you waiting, but the deli people are all very nice.

This is a small town grocery store that has most of your basic foods and needs. There is a pharmacy inside that I haven't used . coinstar on site if you need or want to cash in change. Help desk that will cash some paychecks and issue money orders and western union.. Small bakery that does some cakes , lunch items and desserts.. Produce area is okay.. And there is also a meat department. I would consider this place to be a little expensive especially compared to Wal-Mart and local dollar stores. The staff has also been very friendly and helpful. They have the grocery baggers offer to help you take your groceries out to your vehicle which I love. Small town store with a small town feel....

Well in this day and time when the covid virus is running rampant throughout our nation. The local grocery is our haven for survival. The notice to wear mask on the door is posted on every store entrance. Yet Brookshire brothers even though it is posted feels that it should not be enforced. I am not the mask police but I feel responsible american and caring Texans should read. Managers should care for their community and remind people as they enter to wear a mask. This is not sone here. I will not use this store ever again.

Not a bad store itself, it's just odd having employees almost every section asking you want you want and putting it in your basket and after they hear what your looking for they just space out, I tried to say hold on sir I need to scan those items befor I know I can purchase them and he just kept putting more milk in my basket.

Not a very good place to shop. Bagged Salads are sometimes wilted and far from fresh. A lot of things are out of stock.

STILL have the BEST fried Boudain Balls....1st ones that I've had since moving to Florida....Also missed the chicken & spaghetti so had it for lunch while I was back....Miss their DELI.... GREAT FOOD.
