Consistent! Such an undervalued quality in a business. On average, TSC has the best pricing, variety, service, and hours of operation I've experienced across the board. I breed Danes so I'm often scouring for the best price on quality dog food, and this TSC in Bulverde always seems to come out on top (not to mention how sweet the cashiers are to Junie Bugs when I bring her with me). 10/10 Recommend! When you pay for something they get your funds right away. When you return something over a certain amount you have to wait forever for a refund check. I'll take my business anywhere else possible from now on. Still waiting on refund. Hopefully it's not longer than a week

Bought 2 (two) brand new 35 ton log splitters from an out of state Tractor Supply and trailered them back to Texas. Once home, I discovered that the huskee 35 ton splitter had suffered an ethanol death and the carb was in need of a rebuild. Keep in mind it was sold as "New", not "as-is". The warranty (both manufacturer and extended) doesn't cover "fuel related issues" (oddly enough, when I paid $199 for the extended warranty, I was told it covered everything except misuse). So, I head up to this TS store to see if I can swap, or get them to foot the costs on repairs since I'm still within my 30 day return period. I get a resounding NO. Manager tells me to "bite the bullet" and later tells me to "suck it up". Says he won't take it because they don't stock those 35 ton units anymore. When I corner him on the 30 day return policy he says it should go to the other store that sold it..... in West Virginia.So I replaced the carburetor and then discovered water in the oil, so I changed the oil too. The air filter has rust, so I'll be replacing that too. If I was having a shop do this, I'd be into the $200+ range on repairs to something I never used before. Doing it myself, I'm just under $100 and lots of down time. SMH over the treatment I've gotten here, as well as the other store in Belle, West Virginia. Never again!

Prices are higher for many items than you can get elsewhere. Specifically on my visit I looked at dog food and garden supplies.

The last 2 times I have come here this crazy alarm goes off that hurt my head a ears. Also the girl with the pink/purple hair has no customer service skills and was rude for no reason. Don’t know why I had to bag my own items. Love me some tractor supply but not today.

Came here to use the dog wash station. I brought my two dogs in and for $10 a dog you just can't beat it. The dog wash station was clean, it smelt a little doggy but it is a dog wash station. The employees were so helpful and made sure to put out fresh towels. All together it was great for our dogs.

I made a visit to Tractor Supply in Bulverde last weekend. The manager, Web Swain, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent customer service as he answered several of my questions for my chicken coop startup in my classroom. I will definitely return and use this location for my future purchases.

Went to mess around along 281 .... tractor supply is super stocked! We love stopong anyway but they had so much yard junk, clearance, swings, and even chicken stuff. Chick's were not there just yet, but we will go back. They have a large number of trailers, and I didn't even know we could rent them there. Maybe next time we will call them?

Used to bring my dog here so I could self groom him because they have tables but not anymore. Was told today they don't do that anymore because there's too much hair in the septic system. So just be aware you can only bathe your dog and not groom them here.

Best place to go in Bulverde/Spring Branch area to deal with rude incompetent employees. If you're going to have poor costumer service, at least be good at the job. Unfortunately, several employees fail at this. Also, I'm not sure the phone line is connected, no one answers the phone.

Was once one of our favorite stores. Turns out Tractor Supply has sponsored drag shows for kids in both Texas and Tennessee. Can’t shop here anymore. I will not support the sexualizing of children.

Every single time I enter this store, I am greeted with a smile and great customer service. The store is nicely laid out and the products are great. The parking lot isn’t the best layout but I know that isn’t the fault of the employees. I always come here to buy what I need for my garden and chickens. I feel like the prices are fair and I feel welcome when I’m there.

Like this store a lot. The price for chicken feed is reasonable. Love the large selection of farmhouse decor items offered for sell (especially when it is on clearance). Bought four chicks and they are thriving. The people who work there are friendly. The establishment sells supplies for dogs and cats, too.

I buy a lot of chicken feed from them as they carry the feed I prefer at a good cost. I have bought a great mower and walk behind string trimmer there and been very happy with them and the warranty (easy to use). My knock on them is the staff isn't very helpful. Seems to be a top down issue as I've seen staff need help and not get it from what appears to be management. I've also seen customers need help to put items in their vehicle and not get it. It has potential to be a very nice local place to buy from but falls a little short. It fills a niche but could be so much more. A little customer service goes a long way

Update 06/08/21, it's getting sooooooo old to drive to this not so easily accessible location just to learn they are out of product (feed) that our livestock has grown to enjoy. It is time to start shopping at a larger feed store. Also, they rarely have the parts needed for tractors. May want to consider changing the name to, "Hit & Miss Supply" store.Love this local store. Not all the timebut some of the times their prices are better than the large chain stores, plus you get the personal touch and help.

Store is fine, but it really bothers me that the store has very plain signage at the entrance stating that all customers and employees are required to wear face coverings over their mouths and noses. And the first employee I meet working the register has his mask pulled down and his nose sticking out the entire time I was in the store. If your employees don’t care enough about public health to follow your own company’s policies, then they should go find another place to work. Sick and tired of people disregarding state public health directives and company policies for their own stupid political statements.

I have been in the store a few times hoping to talk to the manager “Albert”, but each time they say he is supposed to be there, he either did not show up for the day or left early. I believe that the manager here may be abusing his power. Everyone else is very sweet and respectful. I just personally do not believe that this manager is doing what he needs to be with his job.

Well up until today I enjoyed this store. Never again after today will I shop at this or probably any other Tractor Supply! So a little back story so it doesn't seem like I'm just bashing this store. So the other day I went to find a lawn mower belt for a walk behind mower that I had bought less than a year ago. I went to Home Depot, where I bought my mower, and of course they didn't carry the part. Well next I tried Auto Zone and their catalog wouldn't come up so no help there. So lastly I tried Tractor Supply and of course they had what I was looking for go figure! Well I get home take my old belt off and realize its 3/8 width not 1/2 inch like I had bought. So I hurry up to go return the belt back well Tractor Supply was closed. No biggy, I came back the next day to hopefully swap the one I had bought for a smaller one. Well I walked into the store with belt in hand walked to the lawn mower belt isle looked they didn't have 3/8, so I was like well I just return the belt well of course I forgot my receipt and Tractor Supply rerun policy says that without a receipt you have to have manager approval. Well the girl at the register was busy talking to a boy trying to flirt with her so I just walked out with the same belt that I had walked in with mind you. So to the reason why I wont shop here again, today a local police officer pulls into my driveway and ask to talk with me, with most off my neighbors watching. He says that yesterday Tractor Supply saw a man that looked like me walk out with a lawn mower belt in hand, and that he stayed in the parking lot long enough for them to get his licenses plate which was obviously mine and he was following up on it. So I explained what had happened showed him my receipt of purchase and he told me that he isn't saying that I stole the item, but there is a lot of theft that goes on up there. So he drove away and said he was going to talk to the store because I still needed to return my item because of it being the wrong size. So I went to Tractor Supply about 15 minutes after the police officer left, I returned my item and they acted like nothing happen. So just letting anyone know that shopping here means that if you legally pay for something and bring it back to the store "You Are Innocent Until Proven Guilty Of Theft" as the police officer who came to my front door put it! Thank you for your time!
