The staff was very helpful from the moment that we walked in the door. We were initially just looking to do some landscaping as a weekend project but then there were so many amazing ideas that popped into our head that we decided to go to the next level with our spring cleaning and landscaping projects.We got mulch landscaping bed linings, we even bought a new lawn mower! We found a quikrete to be exceptionally helpful in making some on-site pavers as a walkway to our shed and greenhouse. They literally had everything we could need in one trip and then of course we went back five or six more times for lots of little ideas that popped in our head.Get out and do some spring cleaning and landscaping projects today!

Today, Sunday, April 28 around 11:30 AM, I was helped by a dude name, Alex in the customer service desk. He was literally amazing! He went above and beyond to help me track down my order. Though it wasn’t his fault, there was an order that was placed and not all the items were collected. He did everything in his power to make it right, so where this could’ve been easily been a two or three star because of the other associates mistakes, Alex made this a 5 star experience. Thank you so much, Alex!!!

I’m so disappointed, I purchased this two piece set for a Christmas gift. It arrived dirty and scuffed up. I called immediately after delivery to tell them my experience and that I am unable to bring it in without ruining the surprise and they offered no resolution. I’m embarrassed to even gift this. Even after cleaning it up, it’s so banged up and scuffed it looks like it was a return. I can’t even believe they allowed this to leave their store to be delivered to a customer. Very disappointing experience and I paid an extra fee for a same day delivery!

I wish there was a NO STAR review. I had to wait a long time to have my storm door put in. They contract out with a company who installs the doors. First they come out and measure then they come out and install.Then about 6 mts later I got locked out. I had to scratch up the door (Anderson Door) to get it unlocked. Home Depot said, “Why didn’t you call us to come in lock it? Right!! You are on a waiting list for weeks just to get someone to come out, but all the parts back together and say yep it locks you out all right. Now I had to wait 2 weeks to get the parts from Anderson. I went to Home Depot two weeks ago and told them I have the Anderson parts. No call from the scheduling department to send someone out. Meanwhile the door just flaps on its hinges and look terrible not to mention I don’t have a lock for added safety protection. I will NEVER purchase another door from them and I’m Leary to purchase anything that is installed by them.

Use this store frequently, far too much for my wife's liking. Staff are helpful, especially when needing wood cut and renting items. I love the yellow stickers, can find some great deals.

I was trying to check out and I was having difficulties with the register. Miss Beth went above, and beyond any expectation of an employee. She was probably about the most helpful person. I have had the pleasure of speaking with at any Home Depot. BETH YOU ROCK!!! thank you again.

Badly organized store. They have packed the walk ways so full of excess merchandise that you are not able to navigate them with a large cart especially if you have lumber or PVC pipe. Management needs to rethink the concept of a quality shopping experience vs quantity of merchandise. I did give two stars because the floor staff are pleasant and try to be helpful otherwise it is a one star shopping experience.

So when I'm in the area my daughter likes to come in just for the smell of it lol. Went to the garden center picked out some flowers for her mom. They were beautiful the gentleman that checked us out in the garden center was truly a gentleman. Gave the kido a lollipop and made her day.

I unfortunately never got their names but there were 3 older gentlemen in tool rental who were incredibly sweet and helpful when I returned a penske truck due to moving here from outer Fort Worth. They welcomed me and made me feel really good!

Worst store ever. Never enough help if you can even find anyone. Nothing is priced. Garden center is a disaster. M I feel sorry for the one worker that is trying to check out 12 people waiting in line. Not an employee problem, but a management issue. Very poorly managed

This was the service I received two weeks ago. I ordered a pair of French doors from this location, and they delivered this broken doors to me. I asked them to take the doors back and only to be told that their job was to DELIVER not insure whether the products were acceptable or not. I had to go through a series of phone calls and explanations with HomeDepot, yet I still haven’t received the refund from them since they picked up the doors the very next day after the delivery. I went to the store and try to get a resolution, only to be told that the store manager was not available. I called and called again. Their supervisor Caroline was not willing to talk to me, so she sent her assistant to tell me a bunch of the same stuff they told me two weeks ago and yet still NO refund!

Used to prefer this HD location over all the others in SATX, but it seems like as the population increases they’ve joined the ranks of the other big city locations. When this store doesn’t have what you need and and you decide to improvise by using a lesser grade bolt, and the first bolt out of the bin looks like something you’d get at habitat for humanity, time to go to Cragg’s Do It Best up the road. Shameful.

Fantastic tool rental section. Best selection I have seen. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys and gals working in it. Kinda tricky coming in through the highway entrance if you haven't done it before.

If I can't find what I'm looking for there is always a friendly employee to guide me. My best experiences involve Caitlyn in the paint department. She is always personable, professional and smiling. She answers all of my questions and doesn't let me know if I'm getting on her nerves (which I might and I'm sorry if I do). She is most exceptional!

I was looking for a custom cut piece of artificial turf. I met an amazing lady in the rug/carpet department. She said the usual carpet cutting guy wasn’t in yet. So she took on the task by herself and I felt glad to jump in and help her because it was quite the load. She never complained or asked me for help while she was trying to get the carpet rolled out and into position. But I could tell it wasn’t a one person job. So I asked what I could do. We managed to get the turf measured, cut, and rolled up together. She was so helpful, humble, and polite. Home Depot Bulverde. Thank you Ms. Allie in the rug/carpet department! My son loves his new play area on the turf. You went above and beyond for us today. Bless you.

While this is 1 of 2 places in the area to get hardware and supplies (the other is Craigs Do-it-right, which is much smaller than home depot), I am disappointed in home depot every time I shop there. They have the isles so congested that it feels like I'm a participant in a game show trying to navigate my cart throughout the store. You can forget about pushing a lumber cart! The workers are very helpful and friendly, the layout not so much.We need a Lowes!

I was in the store on 6/6/2023. I visited the paint department for just a couple small mixing jobs. Joe was working by himself, but he was able to take care of my requests along with the other requests he was taking care of.This is the first positive review I have ever submitted for this store.Good job Joe!!!

Helpful, friendly staff. The place is mostly navigable with all of the palettes of merchandise they stick in the middle of the aisles, as long as someone isn't coming the other way. Pretty easy to get what you need and get on your way

I’ve been using this location for years not sure what is going on maybe it has something to do with the pandemic but I can go in there and find stuff quicker than employees can. I even end up more often than not helping other customers in the store find products and give ideas on how to go about things because at least half of their employees are just no offense young dumb idiots you can always find them in a group towards the back of the store when there’s an old man and lady loading up 10 cinderblocks and 20 bags of potting soil by themselves up front. And apparently people don’t know how to stock or restock things we have gone there several times and had to rearrange and decipher stuff in the store where even the employees are mine boggledWell, I had to use this location again here I am unfortunately having to add to my horrible review about them I just tried using the paint department there was a line of roughly 11 people in front of me. I was there for over an hour and a half other people had went ahead and left. I tried waiting it out but after waiting an hour and a half and still not getting my paint order taken, I had to leave to get back to work , I’m guessing they’re short staffed, but the guy seem like he was trying all he could clearly they need more help or better training. This is insane having to deal with this.

Usually have everything needed for jobs, but it's hit or miss with the staff knowing anything about the materials or jobs. The plumbing section used to be good, they had a gent named Joe who worked there who was knowledgeable and helpful, but now you are better off just finding items yourself and not bothering the ones who work there now.

This location is usually busy on the weekends and there could be long lines to checkout. That being said, there is lots of employees walking around to help you. All of the staff are very nice and generally knowledgeable about the area they specialize in.
