This company installed our cabinets in our new build home. One of the drawer face fell off not even a month after moving in. Then we saw damage under the island. They sealed the cabinets even though it was damage. The seal is intact. Our bathroom cabinets are awful!Update: after 6 months, they fixed the issue. The two gentlemen that came to the house were very nice and professional. They did great fixing it.

If you are looking for cabinets, go find a better company. We placed an order for a cabinet in late June, we're told it would be delivered on Aug 17th. About a week before delivery I called to confirm the date. It was delayed by 2 weeks due to issues at the manufacturing plant. When that date approached I called again to confirm and it was delayed by another 2 weeks. When that date approached I called again and it was delayed indefinitely due to the paint machine at the plant (again). When that was resolved I was given an absolutely will be done - "I promise" by Oct 23rd, and we were given an additional $300 discount for all the problems. I called back after Halloween and was told I'll get back to you - "I'm on the way back to the office." there was no call back. I sent an email complaint to Mr. Brett Parrish and he replied with his condolences for our situation and Bernie would call us back. There still hasn't been a call back.

There is not enough space in this text block to express my extreme displeasure with this company. The only thing that is making me feel better is going out of my way to make sure no one has to deal with the nightmare of dealing with Parrish like we did. We are going on 8 months from order, and still do not have a complete product. They have been out 4 different times. (They have also been paid). Wildly incompetent doesn't begin to cover the situation. And if your currently building and have grown tired of "supply chain" or "covid" excuses, I have bad news for you. These guys wrote the book.Furthermore, this is not a situation where we haven't expressed our displeasure to management and then go behind their back to leave a bad review. They are well aware and have made zero attempt at making things right. The cost of delays due to other trades not being able to complete their jobs is real, and racked up. Something to consider if you have an interim construction loan where TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. None of this has been even considered when we've pleaded with the manager, David Walton, to try and remedy the situation.I guess all there is to say is go somewhere else, this operation isn't for you.

They were hard to get ahold of and do not allow you to go in person. They finally called back and came to replace the remote for my fireplace. Left an invoice for $149 than charged me $288 saying they provided an annual service which was not requested. When i told them it was not a way to conduct busines and have chosen not to respond

just called and got the worst customer service ever. No answers... did not want to investigate or do any discovery work. NOTHING. I called to see if my old fireplace had a replacement front with doors (or not with doors). Right off the bat... NO. Since the model number did not come up in her system. I was just cut off and not a viable client at that point.I kept asking questions - do you have anything similar ....NO! Do you have a sales team that can perhaps find something similar to my measurements... .NO. Can you help me at all ..... basically no no no no.If they would have emailed me with possible See-through fireplaces they sold... i would be at least open to driving 1 hour to see their showroom. OR perhaps sending me ideas of entire replacement of the fireplace unit.She totally dropped the call and was just not helpful not even trying to sell me anything. What a complete waist of my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. This company installed a broken dishwasher in my brand new build home. When I contacted this company they told me to contact the manufacturer. I just moved into my brand new home and my dishwasher did not work. I had to chase down the manufacturer it took over a month and a half to get it repaired. What a horrible experience. They didn’t help me at all. They installed a dishwasher that didn’t work for the customer they should have came and replaced it and they refused to. I was without a dishwasher for weeks from the day I moved into a brand new home.

We had an issue with our gas fireplace not working. Tracy was able to get on the phone and troubleshoot a few common issues with us to get it back up and running in no time. She saved us from having to schedule a technician!

Great products, but bad consultation. Be careful Not to accept Eddie's word, because he won't be there to answer for it. Their installers even recounted that the sales staff frequently and Knowing makes mistakes. I went over measurements they asked me for and verified them before ordering. Parts still didn't fit. Sierra told me not their problem because I provided measurements, and would have to be charged again; based even on criteria Eddie asked me for. Good at sales, bad on follow through. Beware, they won't own up to their mistakes.

This is a tale of the good and the bad. We first visited Parrish, I believe, because out builder told us we could buy gas logs there for our built-in fireplace. We went to their showroom in Bulverde and saw one we liked by Heatilator. Turns out Parrish doesn't install Propane appliances! They sold it to us anyway without giving us the negative. (that's a negative}. Seems that in Texas you have to have a plumbing license to install propane appliances! They didn't have a plumber on the payroll, and told me they had never had to, and weren't going to spend the extra money to have one!The plumbing contractor for the house found us a plumber who really worked hard and got the logs in stalled. He wasn't familiar with the unit and so there were things we did not learn.A year later (now) the log set died. I probably killed it, but had help. In desperation I called Parrish and they sent this great guy out. It seems once the thing is installed the people who can't install can do maintenance. He got the thing working again and gave us pointers on future upkeep I would like to recommend him strongly as he is very personable and knowledgeable.

I reached out to Parrish and Company after I damaged my garage door and needed one panel to be ordered so I could fix it. Gerd was my point of contact, he was able to order it quickly, and have to ready for me to pick up. Gerd was very professional, and the replacement panel matched perfectly to the remaining panels on my garage door. Thank you Gerd!!

Eddie was rude and condescending. Made it clear he REALLY didn't want to deal with a homeowner and preferred dealing with builders. When it came time to pick up my parts, I had to keep checking their counts to make sure I wasn't getting shorted. Get EVERYTHING in writing when dealing with Eddie. Better yet, go somewhere else.

I called and made an appointment at their showroom during regular business hours. When I showed up the front gates and doors were locked. I called and left a message and never heard back. It seems they are only concerned with large builders and not individual jobs. I don't recommend this company.

I give them one star because while i worked there i feel i was not trained fully because they didnt have the time. You see i was let go on day 89 of 90. Then my final check was short.
