This is the only groomer I trust with my fur babies. Absolutely amazing service, loving employees, and you can tell they genuinely care about every animal they work with. We had a terrible experience at Petsmart Stone Oak and I was looking for a smaller, more personalized shop. I’m soooo thankful we found them. Drake gets his nails done every month and loves going to the salon now. Thank you for loving him and taking such great care of us! 🐶🐾

Love this place, Took my little one to get his nails trimmed, as he likes to try and bite me when I try. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to have your pet pampered and groomed. Thanks

Great great people and our pup loves them. He doesn’t like any other place but here and so do we ❤️♥️. I give them 1000 out of 💯. I will NEVER take my puppies anywhere else. I LOVE THEM!!!!!

I don’t typically complain but, I have taken my dog here for a while now and this is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. All three dogs were SHAVED when we only asked for a maintenance trim… and our smallest has water in her ears now and won’t quit shaking her head. Extremely disappointed. Won’t be returning. Oh, and we had to pay for it.

This place sucks, the dog groomer sucks and cant handle even a small dog. He was cut and clipper burn on all 4 feet. I was charged a matting fee and holding fee. This session took 4 AND A HLAF HOURS !! I had to pick up my dog after they closed because of this. So got overcharged, took way to long, did not get the haircut i wanted for my dog. All in ALL, not a good place , find something else for your fur baby.

Do not take your pet here!!! We gave a reference picture what we wanted and they did the complete opposite. They shaved our dog and stated it was done because he was “matted” they snuck in a handling fee and other fees. Take your pet somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from this place.

This is the best grooming facility I’ve been to. It is clean, excellent groomers and friendly atmosphere. Such amazing and friendly staff their prices are good, they do what they say they are going to do. The self wash setup they have is incredible.  Everything you need is right there and it’s very reasonably. Will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend this shop and have done so many times.

The dog groomer was terrible with a bad attitude. She came out complaining my dog was not behaving. I told her to give my dog back and I left. Beware of this place.

The staff here is very friendly and do a great job with our two dogs. They are very accommodating with our busy schedule as well which is great. The price was a little higher than anticipated but we will continue to use them since our dogs come back looking so good.

So I didn't groom my dog here so let's make that clear on this one star review. I took my Great Pyrenees to be groomed and I knew that he was matted and would take some extra time. His previous groomer had left the state. Called in advance to make sure they understood the breed and knew what was going on with him and they said they could handle it. Got there and the groomer just grabbed at his hair and said "well I'm going to have to shave him. I'm not going to put the time in and brush him all day."He's double coated and has never been shaved and no, that was not what I expected. I was more than happy to pay as much as they wanted to get him back into shape. That was apparently not an option. Ended up going to a different place that did what I wanted to do and yes, it took them 5 hours, and yes, I paid dearly for that and now that I have a new groomer that will groom him regularly like we did for the last 7 years. But I cannot recommend this place for a dog that needs extra care or extra time because I would be afraid.

Have taken my 7 lb maltipoo there a few different times and never really had a problem. This time, she was there way longer than normal, so we called to find out how much longer. They told us 10 minutes or so, so we drove from our house which is 15 minutes away. We were immediately greeted rudely because she wasn’t done yet and said that we could just wait since we were already there. So we did. We stood around for 20 minutes. We asked again, and were told we showed up too early when we weren't supposed to. The lady grooming her came out with her finally and told us that she had been “cutting hair of little rats all day and they move around a lot”. Clearly isn't fan of dogs but is a dog groomer? Told us my dog saw us (which she didn't), and that she moved around a lot so it was hard to cut her and she was nicked. Treated very rudely and unprofessionally. Won't be going back.

Big rip off I checked five times on the phone before putting in an appointment how much it was gonna cost for a certain style after my dog got styled they charged me much more.I definitely do not recommend this place in Texas Dog groomers are legally required to check vaccination records for dogs before grooming them, I knew this last minute after they took my dog. My dog has all his shots and kennel cough so I knew he’d be fine but could be dangerous for all dogs that go there.They could easily get in trouble by Texas for not asking for records they aren’t even trying to protect your dog.Be careful with this one .!!!!

We've taken our dog charlie there alot!! This last time hes was so scared, his hair was horrible, one side is longer than the other, his ears are all wonky, they nicked his ear, plus the price which is pricey but worth it when it's a great job!! They did a horrible job this time, and I will not be taking charlie back!!

Tried out a groomer for the first time today. Thoroughly satisfied with the service and price. 60 bucks for a 45 lb brittany spaniel to be cut, showered, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. Not a bad price and done in a couple hours. Very friendly staff as well. Wasn't sure how I'd like paying for a dog groomer, but turned our dog into a completely different looking and smelling animal. Lol

Will NEVER go back to this place! Girl was super rude to daughter when picking up Harry from a grooming session. They slapped her with an additional 20.00 fee due to.."hard to handle"!! He is a 10 lb Yorkie for crying out loud, and it has been there a couple of times before . 90.00 dollar for a hair and nail cut! No call to let us know, dropped him of at 9, they gave him back at 2:30!!!!!! Never again!!!!

Terrible how bad they hurt my 10lb dog. She can barely walk on her back leg. They nicked/shaved her skin few spots on her body (under neck, behind leg, belly). She has been under the bed shaking in pain. I will take her to vet in the morning.I tried to call them twice and left messages, they won't return my calls.

They are always nice, fairly quick, and the price is reasonable. I'm not super picky, and she always comes back smelling nice.
