It's about average. At times, they get a 4 or 5 star. But as a rule, it's 3 as a pas.Certain employees have great customer service skills and ask about helping you with choices and make polite and friendly conversations with you.But normally other employees just do basics. So that determines my rating as most people do.I have almost 50 years in all types of customer service experience.And took classes on hospitality 40 years ago.Every business I had made a great profit, and when I sold them, I said, "Take care of the customers above all else, and you can retire, or otherwise you will go out of business or bankrupt ."Some listened and others not.But what I said was proven out.Each 1 of them, good or bad, agreed I had told them the truth.It's still the same today.You reward great employees in a lot of different ways and empower them to do certain things to help customers
