I took my truck here to get an alignment on a Friday. Drove home and the alignment was clearly not done correctly. I called back and talked to the guy and he said no problem bring it back on Monday first thing. So I did. They had another truck on the rack that had a broken fuel line so it couldn't be moved. The manager talked to me and said I could come back at another time and I said I didn't really want to. He said I will give you a refund no problem at all! Even though the alignment was not correct the manager along with the guy who did the alignment were super nice and more than happy to make it right. I have a lifted truck so it is more difficult to align and they do not have an electronic machine. This review isn't about the alignment, things go wrong. It's how employees handle things when that does happen. The manager was more than nice a d did not argue with me one bit. This is what customer service should be!

Went in looking for 4 tire they didnt have all of them but said they would have them by noon tomorrow. I was sitting out front before they opened they seen me opened early got my tires ordered. They are very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Family owned business that has some of the nicest people working there. They greet you as soon as you walk in. You can ask any one of them where to find something & all of them can tell you where to look. I do a lot of business there & will continue to because I am treated like I'm their favorite customer & not just a body.

Flat tire on trailer, going north on I-45. Called Ace and nice mechanic came out, took wheel off, back to store, put new tire on rim AND then came back and put tire back on. Nicest people EVER! Thank you for your kindness!

Blew a tire driving north up i45. I searched for tires on google maps but all I got were old sketchy shops. I kept searching and eventually decided to go to one. There was no one there, only a phone number to call but no one responded. I then drove down to another one. On the way there, I found Aces Hardware, which was odd because it didn't show up on google maps as a tire shop. Drove and they had everything taken care of, even filled up the rest of my tires when I asked .

At most mechanics I feel slimed and scammed, but these guys are genuinely helpful and kind. We had a big problem and they were able to get it fixed in under 20 minutes on the cheap.

Trailor had a blowout on the interstate and couldn't get lug nut loose to change tire. We were trying to wobble our way into town, and ran over some scrap metal that sliced our truck tire as well! Ended up making it to Ace right at 5 when they were closing. These ppl were nice enough to stay open and help us. They changed truck tire at the shop, and Reuben (the shop foreman)actually offered to ride down the street where we had to leave the trailor and help my husband get that tire off. It was so mangled and wrapped around the axle. He put alot work into getting it off and changed (on his own time might I add). Reuben is the man! Not sure what we would have done without him. We can now continue our trip to Colorado to make our delivery, thank you!
