I've always liked this Pilot, but it looks like they're stepping it up. Plenty of easy parking lots of good food options. Clean, well stocked, and now an increased attention to detail. This is only the second 5 star Pilot I've ever reviewed.

This the 4th time in a month this gas station has charged my card for a additional charge of the same amount of gas I originally purchased..I’ve called corporate all for them to say it’s nothing they can do .. I also noticed a credit card scammer device on machines inside the store .. Workers at this location follow you while making a purchase looking at your pin as well . I never pay at the pump always go inside to a cashier

The BEST showers besides I80 truck stopVery clean big etcNice darn truck stop and everyone here very nice!! Only downside is parking lot very small and almost mostly reserved spots so get here early this is the best and closest spot that is a true truck stop from that worthless town called Palestine , come here instead very worth it many places to eat that is walking distance!!! Heck yeah!!!

The manager Lilly is an upstanding person. I had accidentally and unknowingly dropped an important item while in the store. It would have been very easy for someone to keep it to themselves. But Lilly and her team are honest, trustworthy, good people. They found my item and kept in the Lost and Found. Lilly's actions renewed my hope when I thought all was lost. Miracles do still happen. Thank you, Lilly!

Best shower experience east of I-35. Super clean store and friendly staff. The lot and fuel islands were also very clean as well.Even the Taco Bell was clean and friendly. All the Pilot\Flying Js in this area should look to this store for the standard in customer service and cleanliness.

A good place to stop, fuel and rest. Clean restrooms, a variety of food choices and several gas pumps. They have Taco Bell, cinnabon kiosk, salad/sandwich kiosk, hot foods and sit down area. They also have McDonald's, Subway, Pizzahut off the same exit.

Don’t get gas here ! I’ve been getting charged for double the amount of how ever much gas I pay for! I live in Houston by the time I make it back home my card is always charged whatever I just spent for gas

Almost left because the mobile app was showing they didn't have any showers. Luckily, I still came inside to get one.Hope they fix the mobile shower system soon.Currently waiting on a shower. Will update afterwards. 11/14

It's time to say enough is enough the filthy nasty disgusting uneducated unethical people and supposedly professional truck drivers that come here every day that leave filth and nasty and disgust on the parking lots do you do this at home do you treat your bathroom the same way it's time that all truck stops stand together and start finding these drivers taking their points taking a shower points charging their company's money for this filthy nasty Behavior you have security cameras use them

While I enjoy the food and everyone at the counter has always been polite, the shower rooms cleanliness leaves something to be desired. See photos attached.Edit, after posting I also found dead bugs and dirt that where in the corner behind the door.

Cleanest nicest pilot out of every single other one in the United States. Corpate should look to you guys as a basic model to strive for! Great job to the men and women at this location. As truck drivers we don't expect much when we stop at a truck stop so thank you for going above and beyond!

When I stop here I like to get a Hibiscus Raspberry drink. I only got half a cup. I passed through here 5 hours earlier and it was basically about empty. It would be nice if they could refill there drinks when needed.

I worked here in the past and I stopped through on my way to bring my son to college in Waco and I just gotta say the food looked amazing n fresh and the store was extremely clean bathroom was wow and only thing I may have noticed is there was only one cashier but I think one was on break but still other than that all the items in the store the fruits the veggies the protein stuff and just everything was available it was nice to see the manager Dena was very sweet and Tisha from Taco Bell that side was full of employees and running smoothly it was nice to see the outside was very clean I love this travel center it’s the only Pilot and I’ve been to a lot this one is the best and the employees make it Great!!!

The on-site Taco Bell is quality, if expensive compared to a stand alone store. The Pilot staff is helpful and friendly, although most transactions will be on the self checkout. It is convenient to pay for fuel and snacks at the self checkout kiosks but it can be a hassle if you need anything else.

I honestly don't know where to start. The staff is always awesome and friendly . This is one of the few businesses that you actually still feel welcomed and are welcomed when you step through the door. The food is awesome we've tried about everything It's always hot and fresh. Place extremely !!! I mean clean. Can't speak highly enough about these guys this place is awesome give him a chance The pizzas are good too but nothing beats their hot wings

This location had so many machines that were out of order. Tea and coffee bar was a disaster. I was really excited to get a Cinnabon but it wasn't even open. Then I waited 10 minutes for one of the kids to sell me 2 slices of pizza and a candy bar. The employees looked to be enjoying the company of other kids... so much he gave me 1 slice of pizza for the wait.No one was paying attention to the customers. I could have put all kinds of stuff in my big coat.Point is... this looks like a place where people hang out and socialize. With the craziness in the world today I think someone should put the kindergarten teacher that's managing the store to work cleaning toilets.And Don let me get started on my taco bell order. I got all the way home and it wasn't even my order. Everyone was very happy and playful...But not a happy experience for me.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The people that work here go above and beyond to help their customers. My family and I were stranded and they helped us when we needed it. Thank you so much! Christmas 🎄 kindness. Highly recommend this pilot travel center.

For starters the fuel price is 20% higher than surrounding choices.It's best to drive 60 miles south, where the pilot fuel is 42 cents cheaper. Saved $60.Our fleet is under contract to fuel at pilots.So thought I'd get a shower........reserved it online after parking. Got my stuff, walked to the entrance only to find a note stating, showers not provided today. You can't charge the highest price for fuel, and not pay someone to clean showers. Never will I stop at the Buffalo Pilot, nor any of our 55 drivers, on our dedicated route to Houston.

Stop here often as a trucker when I'm on 45. I must say the showers here are always available, clean, and relaxing. The store is well kept and I've never had any issues with fueling here. Parking can be a little hectic late in the evening and night, but nothing most truckers can't handle. Customer service is good and employees are pleasant to the eye as well!

I bought the clear drive 220 here, the sound quality is superb on both ends, my only complaint is it’s a little overwhelming, it’s to bulky I feel like space commander when I wear it.
