Took my dog in for his grooming appointment and they wouldn't take him because he was taking a prescription medication for his anxiety that his DOCTOR prescribed for him to take for when he gets grooming done. Absolutely ridiculous. I would understand their policy had I just given him a random drug, but this is prescribed to him for this exact reason.

Great staff and knowledge of what you need. The dog wash the best though. They are low cost to use. Have towels and dryers. Great place. You should check them out.

Jessica was super helpful when I asked about limited ingredient foods for my cat with skin allergies. She was knowledgeable, made suggestions, and I really appreciate her! Jessica, if you're reading this, my cats both love the rabbit pate!

The shop was spotless, well organized, easy to navigate and well stocked. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and got me in and out in no time. Prices were competitive. I will definitely shop there again and recommend others do too.

This is a nice pet store with a relatively cheap self washing area. Get on their rewards program and you'll get lots of coupons.

I take my dog for a nail grinding once a month and they do a good job. All if the employees are very welcoming to both me and myself. I would buy her food there if they offered the prescription food she needs.

This store has everything you need. I signed up for the weekly ads and got 30% off total purchase which is more than petsmart/petco. Love supporting this local store too. The employees are so knowledgeable and recommended brands that are cheaper and same quality & ingredients. :)

Over imposing white lady was pretty rude about the things we were purchasing for our snake. I’ve already been advised on what to do by really experienced owner I do not need your obnoxious input. You take care of your snake the way you want to and I will the same. Not to mention we will be returning all the items we purchased because we realized the prices here were ridiculous compared to another shop in Kyle.

I have been coming here since 2019 and to say this place has gone downhill with the new management is an understatement.. I have been here several times and seen who I have now learned to be, Mary the store manager, being disrespectful to customers and staff members. I have not only seen her yell at employees I have seen her make employees cry, For example I came in on Friday Nov 17th and saw Mary yelling at a young groomer in-front of everyone simply because the groomer was not comfortable grooming the dog. I have seen this woman yell at her employees for multiple other things and have seen/heard her standing behind the counter or tucked away in an isle gossiping about her staff. I have also seen her get into arguments with customers and use vulgar language in-front of customers…I mean come on people how is this woman still employed here? *I would like to add, the Pet Supplies Plus team told me to reach out however the information they gave led to the store location, I dont want the store location information, I want the corporate number or Corporate info.*

Pet Supplies of Buda never ceases to amaze us. Kashmere typically grooms our Yorkies and we were surprised to find that she was out today. Regardless, Shelby picked up in her absence and didn't miss a beat. She was already familiar with the anxiety that one of pups has, which supported that she already knew our little ones very well. And she was just as phenomenal as Kashmere. Thank you yet again!

As someone who has been shopping here for years, I am so disappointed in prices. I knew they were expensive but I have been purchasing the same bikes for my dogs for years and they went up a lot in price. I come here for the deals and the good prices. It makes me want to just go back to getting them for the same price at PetSmart, which is closer to me.It’s called greed. I guess pet supplies plus just joined in on that.

Overall, everything was good. Went for the selfwash. The one thing they need the change is that they need to train all of their employee's on how to clean, turn on blowers, and manage the selfwash area. Have gone twice, and one employee is totally lost and in the dark on how everything works in there (and she is not that new)

They usually have the food I need in stock which is nice. Curbside could be better. You get an email saying it'll usually be ready in an hour; I've been waiting for 3-4 lately at which point I'd have to call for it

Met here for my foster puppy to get picked up by her adopters. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great location, easy to find (drove from San Antonio). Would definitely go back if I'm in the area.

Shelby the groomer was amazing. The rest of the store leaves alot to desire. The cashier's are not helpful. Most of them don't even look at you as you check out. Casual dress is the extreme. None appear to have any knowledge of what they sell or do there. The product prices are very high. More than other locations. Recent quality has dropped. Example: they now sell small crickets as large crickets & charge .13 each cricket. down the road you buy crickets for .07 each. I told them this and they had nothing to say. No offer to match prices even. No thank you or good bye as you leave. Poor training comes from management.

The previous good groomers all left and a new groomer was hired. We specified a fairly long length for our doodles cut. We returned after 4 hours when they called us, and they had just started, so he sat in a crate for 3 hours 45 minutes, with no dogs ahead of him. They sheared him like a sheep. Not a puppy cut, bare metal blade against skin.

This locally owned store is SOOOOO fantastic, I don't mind paying a few dollars more for brand name stuff, and their natural food lines rival any other!Their grooming salon is hands down one of the best I've EVER used. The two groomers, Kashmere and Shelby are such rockstars my pup actually get excited when she sees them!An overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store in Buda! 💖🐶💕

Clean, friendly staff, good selection of toys and competitively priced. Best price in dog kennels that I could find, still with great quality too. Self serve dog wash in the back, saw a giant Pyrenees in there so plenty of space. Easy to order online as well if you want to secure an item that's low stock.
