I give this one 5 stars because it’s great at being just what you need in this area. Gas station, beer store, convenience store and grill close to lake and one of the few places to get cooked food for take out. BLT had plenty of bacon on thick TX toast. Tasted very dinery. I hear burgers are good too. Chicken strips looked a bit pre-formed and ready to go stuff didn’t look that appetizing.

This store is always clean & they keep the temperature nice & cool during the summer!! Fresh brewed tea, ice cold drinks & beer, snacks, staple grocery & household items. Get a fishing license, tackle or various accessories! The Cafe is open again too! Nice place to stop in & grab a few things instead of driving all the way into town!

The staff is friendly but the kitchen never seems to be open. It's closed on my way to work and closed on my way home. Last Sunday I decided to go after church. I got there at 2:20pm. They closed at 2. I was so disappointed it closed that early on a Sunday that we won't be going back for anything else. Wound up going several miles away so we could get something to eat. The kitchen only seems to be open when people can't go in due to work or church. They must be doing alright to not need the business from the rest of us.

They have meats from the butcher, vegetables, camping gear, swimming gear, dry goods, beer and wine, gas and diesel....there's a grill inn the back that prepares home style cooking with seating for a dozen people.... But they're only open till 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends...

The gentleman at the counter was GREAT! There was broken glass by the gas pumps and he came out and swept it all up with a smile on his face and thanked us for letting him know.

Not sure if we caught the staff on a bad day or what but both the man and woman working were rude. Snotty comments when we asked simple questions about where things were and the restroom is disgusting.
