This store has a great location and is so convenient to where I live. However, I have tried to give this store several tries over the last 6-8 months. I know times are tough with hiring people but every time I go in this store there is hardly anything on the shelves and carts full of supplies all up and down the isles that need to be put up. I am sure they are short handed like everyone but when your in the store and you hear the employees complaining that x employee isn’t helping they had all day and so on but still just standing there not even putting anything away, either one of them. It’s so sad because I would love to shop here but I am forced to go to the other 4 in surrounding areas because at least they are trying to get the stuff out and are willing to help find what you need. It’s seems that it is leaking leadership and moral for the employees. I have seen another employee come in and manage to just say bye time to go. Not even take an extra 15 minutes to help focus on putting something away. If I were an employee I would feel so overwhelmed. Someone from upper management needs to go help guide them and get the right people in place to help make this store run a little smoother. The carts in the isles make it so hard to even get down any isles. There was only maybe 2 isles that did not have a cart full of supplies in the way. Sometimes it feels like I’m in a maze trying to find my way out.

This was a great little store. Very neat and clean. Also there were 3 employees which makes a big difference in the employees attitude and getting assistance if necessary, plus an extra employee means the store is clean and neat. You will love shopping here. The employees are friendly, helpful and happy. I will definitely go back here.

Its always very crowded, as if the inside of the store is also the store room, kind of disorganized. They never seem to have enough employees to open more than 1 of their 3 registers. But the staff is always very helpful, friendly and accommodating, on the plus side.

They are in great need of more employees or employees that work!!! The last 2 times I have been to that store have been the same. The isles are so blocked with merchandise that needs to be put up, you can't get down the isle. You have to move baskets full of stuff to get to the shelves. It's nearly as bad as the Kingsland and Llano stores. Thinking about going to HEB to spend my money...

Very disappointed with the way I was treated today by the older lady on duty. She lied to me and said there's no toilet paper or paper towels but I had already went into the back and found several boxes of both. She laughed at me and said it was for the senior citizens.Well what about the rest of the locals who spend over a thousand at your stores.THE REAL PROBLEM HERE IS THE OUT OF TOWN WEEKENDERS COMING TO THEIR LAKE HOUSES AND BUYING UP EVERYTHING.GO HOME!

The manager and a few other associates are rude and unprofessional. One yelled at me. The isles are blocked with carts stacked with boxes. The shelf's are empty. I don't think they have enough employees. I avoid shopping there.

It's in a convenient location but entering their parking lot can be confusing. The store can sometimes be hard to navigate. Somewhat crowded and often boxes of new merchandise is stacked in isles.

For Dollar General, it was decent. It was cleaner than your average Dollar General. The Customer service is the best that I've experienced in one of these establishments.

It's always clean and it's easy to maneuver through the store. I am disabled and I have been in many dollar stores and I can't get around. The staff are really too. I don't mind going to this Dollar Store

Computer was down and couldn't make my purchase. Found a dress I wanted on clearance, but sale ended today and I couldn't buy my dress. Very dissapointed!

Why does Dollar General think it's okay to keep all those stock carts out in the back aisle? It's nearly impossible to shop back there.

There is always a line. Why have more than one register if your only going to use one. Cluttered and in organized although they have more to choose from than the other one

The Dollar General in Buchanan Dam has made some awesome improvements. It is a much better shopping experience.
