Warning to the public: please avoid this location’s auto center at all costs! Poor customer service skills and techs who cannot properly diagnose an issue such as why a tire is flat or failed. Any other tire shop would visually inspect first and if no apparent issue is found, inflate the tire and place in water tub to try to visualize any leaks. It’s pretty simple and common sense really. We brought in a tire with purchased warranty and they failed to locate a leak and blamed the failed tire on “driver error”. (They inflated the tire, let it sit for 5-10mins and said it’s holding air, but the sidewall is damaged so you must have hit a curb and kept driving. Of course you have to drive on a flat tire if it happens while you’re on the freeway traveling at 70mph, until you can slow down and safely pull off the road.) We located the leak and brought the tire back to have it replaced. Another tech was able to confirm the leak and was about to begin work when the dept supervisor/manager instructed they halt any work as we had come in the previous day and she denied work be done. This is the most unprofessional and poor service I’ve ever experienced! I can safely say I will not do business with Walmart Auto any longer and recommend you take your tire needs to Discount Tire where they treat you exceptionally well!Edit: Juan, the tech that did a proper inspection of the tire today and did deem it to be a failure due to road hazards was wonderful and very helpful. Much praise to him for being courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable.The dept manager, Ramona, was not helpful and very arrogant that her (improper) assessment yesterday was still correct and denied to reassess the situation.

I have to shoutout Chris/Christina, she was absolutely amazing! She was working in apparel when I visited and I needed to find some sticky bras, unfortunately they were all out but she helped me immensely in finding an alternative solution, she truly went above and beyond! THANK YOU!!!

Terrible experience!!!!We just moved to Bryan a couple months ago….last Saturday my son and I went grocery shopping a bit later in the evening,last min stuff for the weekend,this was our 2nd time at this location,I’m not familiar with the lay out of this walmart…so we did do a bit of walking around to locate things,we were followed by loss prevention for the majority of our visit,i could smell their breath, that’s how close they were, I ended up not browsing/shopping,like i wanted to….due to them standing so close to my son and I,very obvious about it.We get to the check out…I have about $140 worth of groceries and essentials,workers purposely stall us at the check out for over 25 min,canceling the original order, re checking everything, going threw my bags, ended up being 5 additional walmart employees at the check out, at acting like something was wrong with the computer/check out,I was humiliated, my poor son was so tired,not understanding why we were being held up,on top of that i get home and realized all of my fresh produce was rotten and old.I won’t step foot in this location ever again,i’m a daily shopper and haven’t ever dealt with this type of behavior at any local store.Im just thankful of the person I am today, bc 10yrs ago I would have popped off on everyone that made contact with us for no reason.

I have to share my experience about this Wal-Mart 's pharmacy. I recently changed from another pharmacy. The prices are great and the customer service I received from Holly Ybarra was A+ .She was kind, patient but mostly understanding. I'll never go anywhere else.

It's hard to imagine, but Walmart has actually gotten a lot better in recent years. Maybe it's because they finally decided to pay their people more than slave wages.

Twas the night before Thanksgiving and I had to rush up to this store 10 minutes before closing. I needed a sink spayer head for my kitchen faucet. At first, the management and security wanted to turn me away but I pleaded with them that I only needed this one thing because it was technically urgent. The money gram counter is a waste of space and with no more than #2 cashier's at a time to maintain 1-50 people standing in a line; blocking aisles! Someone didn't this this area threw! Really sad for such a so call morden store!

Very rude girl working in self check today, I was trying to get 4 quarters for a dollar so son could ride horse. She’s says you have to buy something while I’m standing with 2 carts and a receipt for $500 she refused to give me change

It's near where I live and my go-to place if I need something without having to drive across town. It can get busy at certain times of day, but generally lines are short or non-existent. They seem a bit short-staffed (but who isn't these days). I don't often get offers to help but if I stop someone and ask, they've always been quite willing to stop what they're doing to help you find something.

I love Walmart usually and have always preferred this location but within the last year everything has gone down hill. They are frequently out of products and they're meat has been rancid on several occasions. I know people say don't buy meat from Walmart but if you don't want to make trips to multiple stores you do what you gotta do. Also I don't think the employees are friendly or helpful at all. I understand a lot of customers use the "pickup" option but you should still know how to assist or be friendly to a customer if they ask you something. I will only be going to the briarcrest location from now on.

I stopped by the automotive/tire center to see if they could help me with a screw in my tire causing a slow leak. It was urgent, as I was trying to leave town but no other tire stores, including my normal one, were close by or open but these guys. I truly appreciate the care, kindness, attention, and effort to help me out. Ultimately I couldn't get it 100% taken care of by no fault of their own, but they certainly tried their hardest to make sure I was taken care of and would be ok until I could get it to the place I got the tires. Kudos to them!

I love this location!! Everything was so neat and organized. The parking lot is huge so it’s not too crowded. This is just a very relaxed store and I didn’t get stressed out one time. Plenty of registers available to check out. Definitely will be my new Walmart spot!

I have a very bad back and have difficulty loading water into my truck. I have found that if you order water for pickup they load it for you. Which helps me tremendously... But please always tip your server. I always tip $3 per case...

The employee that was working at the self checkout was so nice. I think her name was Katherine. Lady with white hair. She's terrific
