I had gone in with my service dog, expecting some kind of questioning because you know some people don’t understand that, but no they were all friendly and I usually come in every once in a while and I saw this new person there, her name I believe was Crystalynn. I assume she’s new because I hadn’t seen her before. Anyway she was my server and I have autism and ADHD and sometimes that bugs people and sometimes I fumble up on my wording and stuff but she was very kind and made me one of the greatest sandwiches I’ve ever had and she was really sweet to my service dog

Small country town Sub Way with small southern town flavour .Out of different types of add ons that they should have had. Said they were short on help and working there buns off and if I knew anyone,tell them apply. Sent a few young people right on up there and they told them they're not. Worst sub I've ever had, it was sloppy and saugy I should've just ate in a pig pin.. I tried to call to speak with the manager but shift lead had a power trip. So I told her I wanted the manager or I would have to call corporate. She told me I would just have to call corporate because she "wasn't doing this today" I wish I could not do this today when I'm at work

Food quality and cleanliness are great. Please train the girl who makes express orders wait in line. That's now how Subways all over the country operate. The whole idea of "Express Pickup" is to pick up and NOT wait in line. ATTN: owner - please teach them I won't be back

Amazing staff. Super friendly and even rip the green peppers apart so you don't get a bite full of them. They always have amazing conversation and super fast service. Veggies are always fresh and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I wish we had known there was a "puppy path" ahead of time. We stumbled across this Subway but it was so perfect because we were traveling with our puppy! I would have searched it out if I had known. Feel lucky to have found it! AND the food was fresh, everything was clean, nice people, too!

Looks like a They not really care about sanitary on Sandwich station.I've been ordering from this place about 4 times so far and all each visit, I've seen dried bread crumbs on the cutting board from subs, spot of meatball sauces on cutting boards ( looks like a they dont wipe them right away), cussing each others on front of customers, constantly touching the masks with same gloves. One on Austin Avenue, their Shop is nothing like this .Whoever is the owner of this shop, I hope they retraining them of hygiene manners, profanity problems, etc....I'm just so disappointed by many things from this shop.

This was the best Subway experience I have had. There were 3 ladies who worked when we were there. Each one was personable and attentive.

Good sandwiches. Would go more often if they enforced the face covering sign on the door, but they allowed 2 different families in there while I was ordering, without their masks. Big turn off, so I gave 4 stars rather than 5.

Just passing thru...store seemed to be clean. Everyone that was working was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be some tention with the ones that weren't working. And that may have being short lived and just my opinion.

Tried to have a sub for lunch on Austin Avenue and couldnt enter the store without a mask. I understand the policy, but it makes no sense that you need one to enter and exit. Does covid-19 not exist while you sit and eat at a table? Well, you may say that the patrons are set 6 feet apart, but if this is the case then wouldn't it also be the same for maintaining a 6 foot distance while in line? Its non-sensical. You lost mine and my crews money.
