I got my dog groomed here because my normal groomer was booked. It was the worst groom I have ever seen. I asked for my dog to get shaved and they only did some of his body. Half of his head was done, some parts of his ears, only 3 feet were (partially) done, parts of his legs. There were random inches of hair all over his body. Honestly it was so bad it was laughable. You couldn’t pay me to come back.

The store was generally clean and clutter free. However, the staff working, when we went, didn't seem to know much about animals in general. It's an okay place to get pet needs, just so long as you already know what it is that you need.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff... But 17 dollars for 8 chewies seems pretty high. The event calender isn't working for me at least... vaccine clinics are a big marketing event and should be easy to see... would help bring some customers if we could see on the site instead of a sign in front of store. ...

Some blonde skinny girl cashiering one night I went & was so rude , I walked in there and she was helping two ladies with a puppy so I browsed around to wait to ask her something I went around the store went back to the front and she was still chatting with the ladies so I said excuse me and ask if she knew where they sell small animals such as hamsters and she told me where but I'm not from around so I have no idea where that was so she gave me an attitude and went to get the address so then this ladies walk back in the store and leaves me hanging when I still had more questions. She was extremely rude and I don't appreciate that kind of behavior. Poor customer service and over priced store.

Went in yesterday to get crickets and they were very rude. And had a nastey attitude. Then as i was standing there waiting to pay i say they girl they call baylee go to bring a cart in and when she let go of it it ran it to another customers truck. She then grabbed the cart and came back inside and didnt even try to find out who the truck belonged to so she could apologize. And mumbled behind the counter " thank god it didnt scratch it."

This tractor supply buyout doesn't bode well for pet sense. It seems like they are chewing and spitting up managers, which were nice and friendly faster than they can replace them and adopted Wal-Mart ethics. Employee morale has tanked and they are starting to stock lower quality products. You burn your employees and you hurt your high end consumer base. Shame!

I bought quite a few fish here and they sold me fish that ate the little ones in fact the GloFish ate four of my little fish. And if you don't bring in the fish you won't get no refund I talk to three different people nobody would do anything for me they sold me the fish and they should not sell fish that eat the fish that they sell you at the same time. And they said yeah they could if they get hungry enough what LOL it was the first day the next day for Little Fishies was gone check the filters everything was clean no sight of for little fish. Should have been refunded or fish should have been replaced but no offer of any kind to take care of me like they should. Not pleased at all. The only fish store in Brownwood that sucks.

Walked in at 12 noon today Nov 21, 2018 (Brownwood, TX store) and found exactly what I was looking for with large green tag stating it was on sale for $11 off. It was a $50 purchase. Excitement turned into frustration because the cashier stated the sale ended yesterday and they haven't had time to take down all the old sale tags. She refused to honor the posted sale tags. I pointed to the whole section of green sale tags still up on the different items and she still insisted they will not honor any of them and said they didn't have the manpower today to take them down yet. Again, it was noon-lunch time, not first thing in the morning. I will take my business back to Petsmart no matter the driving distance.

They always do a good job with my chihuahua type dog's nail clipping. My dog doesn't seem stressed at all and they are real fast with no appointment.

A little pricey but they have everything you need for your pet that other stores do not have. Their products are of good quality which is probably the reason for the higher price. Not terrible pricey but not cheap.

Got my dog back today and he was still dirty. Spent over $35 for his grooming which does not matter as long as he’s clean and smelling good. Not impressed and will not be back unfortunately.
