This place is awesome! I rented cocktail tables for a class reunion. As the event drew closer, I needed to change my order; Cody, Jared, and Jackie were super helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed with no trouble at all. When I went to pick up the tables, Polo pulled them off the pallet, BRAND NEW, and loaded them for me. The tables were super easy to pop together, easy to take down, and they looked fantastic! They were perfect for the event. Thank you so much, Grand Rental, for such a high quality, convenient, and satisfying experience!

From the first time I called Grand Rental Station for a quote to rent tents and tables for my wedding, I knew my experience with them would be a good one. They were prompt and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions quickly. Their prices were reasonable. We rented a 60x30-foot tent, tables, chairs, a sound system, and a wicker arch from Grand Rental Station.I had to call them with questions a couple of times between that first call and the day of the event, and they were always able to answer my questions and address my concerns completely and quickly. For example, at one point I was concerned about whether I would be able to plug my iphone into the sound system I had rented, and they were able to answer my question quickly. At another time, I called because we needed to add "sides" on our tent due to high winds in the forecast, and they quickly took care of that for me. They are knowledgeable about their products.Fast forward to early June. They came out and set everything up on a Thursday for my wedding on Saturday, allowing me plenty of time to decorate. They consulted with me regarding chair and table placement. They gave me instructions on the use of the sound system. They did a wonderful job.All of the products we rented from Grand Rental Station were clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them, and I would definitely use them again.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Booking was easy over phone and I even prepaid for full amount over a month before my wedding. I did self pick up since I had the equipment to do it. I rented about 50 white garden chairs, 8 tables, and a wicker arch. When I arrived Friday, day before wedding, the people loading it began loading wrong size tables. Then they loaded about 20 clean new chairs it looked like and the rest were filthy with dust and dirt. I complained but they didn't care. I decided I would just clean because day before wedding. Once I arrived at my location and actually began unfolding chairs, there was one with cushion missing, holes in seat. Still, I tried make best of situation. The arch seems old and easily broken. Had to wire together to make stand right. Then when I returned the equipment, they accused me of breaking two chairs. I loaded chairs and knew were not broken but had no choice but to pay 65 dollars for two plastic chairs. I tried speaking to management but they were rude and just wanted money. The manager lied and said he knew all the chairs were new. I explained to him that even the workers knew they weren't because they had mud on them from previous event. He didn't care. Anyhow, I know not a lot of choices around here for rental. But I would not use them, or if you have to double check and take pictures of all your items.

Don't use this place nothing but overpriced junk! Rented a machine it broke down within the first hour. Spen the rest of the day waiting on a mechanic who couldn't fix the machine. Said the would have another machine for me Monday morning. I then waited around another half day for them to bring another wore out POS. They brought the machine to me not full. I know because I checked. They didn't give me any credit for the time I was down or the money I wasted driving back and forth. And decided to charge me for not fueling the machine to the top. Don't waste your time or money with their junk

This is my 4th or 5th time to rent from grand rental. Their staff is always kind, helpful and professional. The deliveries have gone off without any problems and their products have been perfect for the occasions. I have used them for events from 50-350 people and would highly recommend them!

I have rented from Grand Rental on many occasions, from weddings to Company picnic's. They have what you need and are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and supplies. They have great customer service!! This will be forever my go to place for rental needs.
