We took my baby gali for her first time and she was so scared (she hates getting groomed) but they were so patient and loving to her. I appreciate so much that they let me stay in the lobby meanwhile they took care of her. Valeria kept reassuring me that my pet was fine. All the groomers were very nice.

Amazing! From the moment I walked in with my puppy I was met with smiling faces and great attitudes.Valeria was very friendly, helpful and informative. She put me at ease since this was the first time my puppy had been groomed. She was very talkative and gave me many great tips for caring for my puppy.I also spoke with Ms. Coco who is the owner of the shop and she was friendly and helpful as well. Grooming prices are very reasonable but most importantly the care, love and attention given to my fur baby was over the top.I highly recommend Pet Go Shop to anyone who wants a great experience with a groomer.

Pet Go is definitely our “Go To” groomer when we come to South Padre Island. The staff remembers our pup each time and gives him the very best fresh cut! And they have cute seasonal photo walls set up for “after pictures”. Overall great place to get your dog groomed!

I found a dog extremely dirty and called 7 groomers to get her cleaned and no-one would help me but them . So now pet smart has lost my business to them . I have 2 other dogs that get groomed on a regular basis . Thank yall for being kind and considerate . New happy customer!

I've taken down my 5 star review because yes our dogs looked good, after getting them home and seeing the razor burns on both of them we were very concerned. . The staff was very friendly and seemed caring when we dropped them off and when we picked them up they said the little guy was great while getting his bath! Thats a chore all on its on wn. The owner did call and apologize for the problem and offered to pay for a vet appointment if we wanted to take them, thats very very kind. Other people in the park take their pets there with no problems. Maybe a new or less experienced groomer. I'm impressed with their concern about the pups after our initial review

My Nanis is very shy and anxious I had been struggling to find a groomer where she feels comfortable. Ever since I’ve brought her here employees have assured me she is in good hands. Now Nanis feels much more comfortable going to the groomers because she feels safe. So glad I found this place.

This place is amazing I’ve been going for 3 years now and I have no complains. As you walk in the staff are super friendly and welcoming. My dogs always come out super clean and smelling great. Even though my dogs tend to wiggle around during their service they’ve never once been mistreated here. So If you’re looking for a place that won’t mistreat your fur baby this is it! 100% recommend! 😁

Nice and cozy place. Owner and Miriam are very nice; there are other employees, however I mainly deal with them. Prices for services are good. Miriam cuts my pets nails. She treats my 3 pets really nice which is important to me.

I went in after having an awful experience at a previous groomer and pet shop and go exceeded my expectations. They were about to close but still took my dog and I in. They let me sit in the back and watch the whole process as well as offering me refreshments. They made my dog feel so safe and I truly appreciated how attentive and sweet they were to my dog and I. Not to mention the VERY affordable pricing! I highly recommend this groomer to anyone who has anxiety from bad grooming experiences.
