WORST GROOMING SERVICES!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I dropped off my shih tzu at 12pm and asked how long was the wait time, the front desk employee let me know they had3-4 dogs ahead of him and he would be ready around4:00pm - 4:30pm. After personally handing over my dog to the groomer, we talked about what she was going to do to him and what style cut. He left with her calm and happy. After a few hours, I texted them asking for updates and no one never responded to me. When I went to go pick him up and check on him around 4:45pm not only did they tell me they didn't do a cut nor bath. They told me he was misbehaving and they weren't able to get him out of the kennel so they left him in there. My poor dog was locked in a kennel for hours to not only be traumatized from how they were handing him but to be left alone and scared. He's gone to plenty of different groomers and I have never had an issue with how he behaves. I believe they took in to many dogs and when it came close to closing time they didn't have enough time to get to him and they chose to tell me this bs of a story.If my dog was fighting to go with them why wasn't I called to be let known or called for me to pick him up at the time of the incident. This is terrible unprofessional service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to bring their fur babies here. 0/10.

We always take our dogs there. This time service was unsuccessful. 2 of my dogs were not fully groomed. For my 3rd dog, I informed to proceed with all the grooming except hair cutting. My dog was only given a bath.

I used the self wash! Reasonable prices. I brought my own shampoo and products but they provide shampoo, towels, and brushes. It’s nice and very clean.

They always do such a good job grooming my Luna! It's easy to communicate with them, and they are always so friendly and kind. I highly recommend Pawsh!

The only self wash in Brownville, Texas. I can also drop off my dogs for boarding while I go and enjoy my staycation at South Padre Island. Don’t have to sneak my dogs into the hotels. Lol. Very convenient clean business.

Loved it! My goldendoodle finally got a good doodle cut and not a poodle cut like other places in town that didn't know what to do with her. Super cute salon!

Their employees are always very rude and they don't even know what they are doing, 1.18 cents for a glass of ice is ridiculous, the window specials are never good for you, that's why I'm better off going to circle K they are so nice there and they know what they're doing

The girl is very kind and treats the puppy as if she had known him for a long time, the place is very clean and they work super fast, Oliver arrives super soft and very handsome, what I liked the most is that when I go to pick up Oliver I DO NOT RECEIVE IT as ceded or medicated and that makes me trust more in the work they do with him. This aesthetic is a 10 out of 10.
