Do not take your dog here I took my mom's dog to get groomed here, and first of they took like 5 hours I had to call them because it was already going to be 6pm. when we picked him up he had his eye blood shot red . My asked the worker what happened to him and she said that it was because of the hair drying that it would go away in 3 days.Never again they said they wouldn't be responsible if taken to the vet.

It was my first time taking my husky there and they did a really good job, they picked up my dog and bathed her etc and brought her back nice and clean smelling nice and looking beautiful. Really happy with their service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I took my schnauzer to get groomed and they bald her without my permission. I gave specific instruction to give her the schnauzer cut instead they cut her bald. They didn't even leave her beard. She looks a chihuahua. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! No wonder this place has this many bad reviews!

I usually have my dog groomed here, and they have always done a great job. Plus the price has always been good. Today it was a total disappointment. My dog's hair is all chopped up. He smells bad, as if he never got washed and looks a little dirty. And on top I was charged$10 extra than usual. I have no words to describe how disappointed I feel, but to say I will not be using their services again. I noticed they have recent bad reviews. I wonder if they changed staff.

If we could put 0 stars I would, but that's not an option. I was so upset when we picked up our fur baby.Our Charlie needed a hair cut, and we thought we would give this place a try. We had no idea that he would come back 8 hours later shaved, and scared. Brought him home and we knew he was neglected in there. He was so thirsty, and his eyes were so watery he look like he had been crying. We confronted the workers and they said they had to shave him because he had so many knots. Charlie is groomed every 4 to 6 weeks so we know that wasn't the case. This is the outcome of his hair cut and the other photo is how we usually have him groomed.We will not be returning due to the lack of customer service and the fact they do not treat the dogs with care.

Just go elsewhere. my dog came out extremely dehydrated. His nails were cut too short which caused bleeding. Unfortunately i did not read the reviews before going. Hopefully, with all these bad reviews they might get the bright idea to actually do their job correctly.

Very bad service. For one of our dogs we asked for a shower and haircut and neither was done. But they still charged us for it. Also, they lost her little bow she had on hair. And our other dog, her hair was cut but on her back the hair was cut shorter than the rest of her body. When we picked her up, she was shaking. And to top it off, they don’t take credit card payment because as per the lady up front they don’t want to pay taxes. Now I know this business is here for the money not for care of our dogs. Zero stars if possible. 😡

Very reasonable priced Dog groomers. They even do home taxi service for your pet. They did an amazing job and provided multiple services to my dog. All for a way lower price with a professional staff. Highly recommend this place, if you are a busy person like myself, use their taxi service.

We made an appointment two days before we wanted our dogs to get groomed. It was already past noon and they hadn’t picked them up so my wife called. The lady that answered said that they only had a certain capacity for dog in their taxi and wasn’t sure they would be able to pick the up ???. That’s why we set the appointment a couple days before so they would get picked up. We made special arrangements to have them picked up and us go do what we needed to do after that. Zero professionalism. We weren’t even asking for a discount if they were late, we only needed them picked up but they couldn’t even do that.

In short, If you care for how you spend your money & the quality of service for you & your pet... DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS BUSINESS. There are places who care more for their guests (pups & handlers) that may even charge less.For those who care, my personal experience was terrible. We generally try to be smart about where we trust our pet’s wellness. So we called before trying to ask questions & be prepared before we went in. Staff answered with no answers but simply that they were open & that we could bring our dogs in if we’d liked. We took a leap & Dropped off our pets. When we arrived for drop off no further information was given, we waited quite some time to hear back from them. Come time for pick up, there are employees and employee families blocking the entrance & even though they acknowledged us verbally....WERE NOT kind enough to make entering and exiting the building any easier. Once inside again NO ONE greeted us or communicated with us. We had to remind that we were there to pick up our pets. Luckily a small white paper tacked to the wall caught my attention, in light pink ink someone wrote that they are not accepting credit or debit cards... despite there being a sticker posted on the door to indicate that debit & credit cards are accepted inside. As we were not told to be prepared with cash this made the whole interaction LONGER. Fully prepared to forget all the inconvenience up to this point we finally get our pets to ourselves & realize that they smell MORE terrible than when we dropped them off. Their cuts are mediocre at best (which I can do at home for less if not free) & small ares on our pets were unwashed or coated in fur or some mysterious white powder. I will never return, so I am unworried for my pets but please double think before trusting this business.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PETS HERE! Today in the morning my dog Chance was picked up to get groomed, but they LOST him. It’s been over 6 hours and they have done nothing to help us find him. According to them they had put up a reward post on Facebook, but when I asked to see it the man on the phone told me that they had deleted the post because they found him. They lied. My dog has not been found and we’ve been looking for hours where they supposedly last saw him. They are unprofessional, uneducated, and disrespectful. I wish we had seen these reviews before.

This place did an ok job on my pet but what was frustrating was the customer service. I don’t really understand how it took 5 hours to finish with my dog (who is a Labrador and doesn’t have much hair). And whenever I asked when they would be done with him, they just kept saying “we’ll call you.” But then 4 1/2 hours passed by, they had not called. I called again and again they said, “we’ll call you.” When I picked him up, he was shaking and thirsty?? Idk but I feel customer service needs some more improvement

They took my dogs from 9 am to 8pm one of my dogs came back with blood coming from all his feet. Also his hair came back very uneven. I told these people to be gentle cause he’s a 10 year old dog. They literally hurt him I do not recommend coming here. I’ve been to juniors puppyland for about 5 times this is the first time I’ve seen them do this to my dog. I don’t know if they got new people but this is unacceptable. Also, I called for about an hour at 4 p.m. worried about my dogs then they call me at 8 p.m. netaaaa? DO NOT COME HERE

First I would like to say that I never leave bad reviews or reviews at all actually... I will not be taking my pup back here. I picked him up and 4 of his nails were cut so short they were bleeding and he kept trying to lick and bite at them. He also have pieces of nail just hanging on his paw that I had to pull off. He seemed very stressed out and sad after i picked him up with heavy breathing for hours which is very unusual behavior for him. :(

Disgusting place I took two of my dogs there and one came back with blood shot eyes and the other had a bunch of cuts everywhere. It was so bad that he got a horrible ear infection!!! Extremely rude, when I confronted them they said my dogs where aggressive!! Both of my dogs weigh under 4lbs how aggressive can they get?? DO NOT take your dogs there, they mistreat them, if your unhappy with your job then quit don’t harm our pets!!

They are very rude and they hurt the dogs. Took my dog here and they didn't call when he was ready. When we finally picked him up he smelled worse than when left him. He had poop on him as well. He was also very nervous and seemed to be scared They were extremely rude about it and said that because we picked him up 20 minutes before we called it was our fault that he smelled. Honestly terrible experience! Do not go to this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just took my dog and mind you my dog is an inside dog. As soon as I dropped him off they called me to tell me he was infested with fleas and would not give him the cut I ask for cuz he had knots. And charged me more than they said. On top of that when I picked up I heard my dog crying and literally sounded like he screamed in pain as if he was hit. I'm not one to jump to conclusions from what I hear so let it go but I will be making sure owner is aware. Sadly I'm sure they have no idea what is going on.

They had our dogs for 10 hours and never answered our calls. Plus our dog came back limping on his back leg and when I would go near his leg he would flinch like they would hit or hurt them. Don't go here there's other places that are good.

the haircut was okay they missed a few spots around his body but nothing i can’t fix at home. also when i picked him up i just thought he was sleepy but after a while of being home i noticed something was wrong with his eyes. he can’t keep them open. i don’t know what they did but i’m scared for him. if this keeps going i’m going to take him to the vet. pls be careful where you take your pups.

It's affordable and convenient. I've taken my pit bulls there twice and never had any issues, only thing I didn't like is how the people working with the dogs don't seem to like our pets, they have these faces as if they don't like their jobs, at least smile and caress the puppies, pretend u like them or something.

Omg this place lost my son's bestfriend 6year old Golden Retriever today 2/13/2021 approximately 1415 hours 😭 we are all devastated. The story the manager that never want it to give his name and was smiling through out the whole conversation said the dog was in the taxi dog and the driver had him in the kennel and when he open the back door to put another dog that he jumped out and ran off. First of all why was the kennel open?!And second he doesn't run off that doesn't sound like him.🤔No answer there I asked him if they are going to go help find him he said no that's not their job.
