I have been shopping here ever since it first opened, but today was the last straw for me. This place false advertises on sales, has extremely incopetent and rude staff, and has illegally charged myself and my family on things they forget to place in our bags. When we ask to look at the camera footage, they do not listen. We did not get our money back either. Overall, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend shopping here.

I hope corporate reads this, stopped to buy a couple of items, asked one of the employees to point me out to their restroom and she replies, " they are out of order sir" ...I mean come on!! Really?? Same b.s excuse of businesses that don't want customers to use their restrooms but they do want them to spend their money there? What do the employers do when they need to go restroom? Go to the back of store? Or do they use diapers? Come on, get it together!

Stopped by just to pick up some Diet Coke. The store was out of 2 liter bottles, but had 1.25 liter bottles and the sign on the shelf stated they were on sale, 2 for $2.50. The cashier charged more, so I told her the sign indicated they were on sale. Her supervisor and I walked back to the shelf, I showed her the sign, and she said that it was a Coca Cola promotion and Family Dollar didn't honor it. I suggested she might want to remove the sign, but she just walked away and left the sign (advertising the wrong price) up, almost as though it is company policy to mislead customers.

For days they only take cash, this is a big company and it’s strange that they can’t sort out this kind of issue. And to top things off, they keep their phone lines “busy” so you can’t even call ahead to see if the issue has been resolved before you go and waste your time. But other than that, reasonable prices and convenient location for us olmitians, lol.

Aileen and Jennifer were very rude and bad customer service. I will be calling main office 2 complaints. I love my Family Dollar store my go to always. And these 2 newbies don't have customer service skills.

This location has a little bit of everything. There hasn't been a time when I need something quick and they don't have it. Clean organized store. Staff is very helpful.

Rude staff, I used to enjoy coming here, but they refused my business. I hope the owner reads this. They refused to sell me their products and refused to communicate with me. Thank you for been a good neighbor.

It very close where I live super friendly there's a worker he always he always asks you if you need help in finding something..But there's time they don't have what your looking for.alwats super pack .But I love to go ...👍

I I love our Family Dollar. They have the things we need when we don't want to drive into town. They have so much good stuff that we end up coming home with more!

Horrible. It's always a horrible experience. everytime I go in there they have the wrong prices on the items and they tell me at the cash register " That was last weeks special" I'm really tired of their attitude as well they could be nice about it, but they are not.
