The owner does not pay her employees! She always takes too long to groom your fur baby. She always has excuses why you have to return in a few days for her to complete the job. When the real reason is that she spends more time fighting with her boyfriend then on your fur baby. I know this because I worked there and watched this on a daily basis. She is VERY unprofessional!!! I would not recommend her to anyone!

Never got back to me. I had to drive 60 Miles roundtrip to Flint and Puptown grooming was awesome 👍.
