Brandon the cashier is the BEST! I came & was in a mad rush to get a birthday gift for my BFF and he went into action helping me find a birthday balloon since it was already set up for Valentine’s Day. I grabbed some other cute things and that smelled good!He asked me if it was for female and I said yes and he picked out the perfect one. He carefully wrapped my cup & candle.In this day & time, customer service is lacking so much ~ but you couldn’t tell it with Brandon. 1000000/10

This DG is the best one I've ever been in. The shelves where nicely stock. No stocking carts blocking aisles. Whoever is in charge give them a raise.

If I could give this store a zero I would!!!! Veronda along with most every other employee there is rude!!!! They aren't any help at all and their store is so crowed with unpacked inventory at all times, that you can never walk in the isles and find what your looking for. And to top it off they aren't pet friendly!!!! I guess people are supposed to leave their fur babies in this Texas heat to die in their cars while it takes us a good 30 minutes to find the one thing we need but can't because of the cluttered store!!! No thanks!!! I will drive 15 to out of my way to a clean, pet friendly store!!!!!!

I like going here. They always have something new and everything is reasonably priced. The seasonal items can sell out quickly. Some isles are too narrow and it can be difficult to pass other carts. This has been a clean establishment.

Although they carry a good variety, they don't seem to take the job of stocking very seriously. Many times the shelves have been bare, but there are stacks upon stacks of boxes of unshelved merchandise. It's to the point that it blocks the aisles. A wheelchair would fit through the door, but they'd never make it down an aisle.

A lot of times when I go into a dollar general, I always expect it to stink and be dirty but that was not the case here. The store was very well kept and I easily found everything I needed. It is very easy for things to good moved around and put in the wrong place so I was very surprised by how organized and clean the store was!

Let me start by saying, the employees are helpful and friendly. That being said, it is apparent they NEED HELP!! They are obviously understaffed. Sometimes I have waited in line for 10-15 minutes behind a mile of people and one poor cashier.The store is always a disaster area. Dirty floors, tons of boxed product that doesn't get stocked. The aisles are so narrowed with boxes it is sometimes impossible to pass through.Come on Dollar General corporate!! Get your act together. I will start driving 6 miles into Chandler to shop at Family Dollar.

The customer service here is very lacking! The lady that drives the sliver van is the worst! I called and asked if the had a specific filter she answered and said she was to busy to look! So I go up there she’s the one stocking the selves! To busy to do her own job! I mean I get it prolly making minimum wage and hates her job but quit being so freaking lazy!

There's this older woman there that's always crotchety. Kinda always rude too. The rest of them are fine, but how is it she's worked there so long with such a poor attitude. I'm sure the job is rough, but at least try to not be a sour person when someone's genuinely being nice to you because they know the job stinks and want to make you feel less crappy about it?

A Dollar General, like many others. The folks that work here are nice and helpful. The store is somewhat cramped- but all Dollar Generals I have been in feel this way to me. Parking here can be problematic since there is very little room to back out before you are in the highway.

Excellent customer service. Only one employee working. She was courteous and professional. Was being asked for price checks and location of items by two other customers while she was checking me out. I was pleasantly surprised.

This store is so disgusting!!! The floors always look incredibly filthy and it smells terrible! The aisles along with shelf's are always blocked off by carts of merchandise and products are never in the correct place! I would rather drive all the way to Tyler than stop there again!!!

They need to put away the merchandise on the floor, you cannot get a buggy down the isles, or yourself for that fact. The store is nasty an it stinks..also there is no way a person in a wheelchair could go to this store.

Your aisles aren't wide enough for a shopping cart and staging carts of inventory. Truck just delivered stock. Although you're closer than a big box store, it's always a hassle just to get around your facility. Unless it's an emergency I'll take my business elsewhere.

The store was extremely packed with merchandise. To the point of not being almost able to walk down the isles. I disliked the clutter, it made me feel claustrophobic.

This dollar general always has stuff on carts blocking the isles. Good luck with a cart trying to shop. They say they are understaffed. The long lines at checkout confirm it.
