We went by to get food got one of the 19.99 meat packs and got home and it smelt like spoiled milk valencio the manager was extremely nice Esmeralda & the meat guy in the back not so much I kept asking to speak to valencio the manager and she was like “for what” and the meat guy said it was the compressor or gases but he didnt want to smell the meat we took back it definitely wasn’t either it was spoiled! I can definitely tell why Valencio’s the manager he was extremely professional!

I will be honest with my experience I went today and want to Cash a check The lady told me that is a no.By just looking over the checks she told me it to be written check .not a hand written check. I have cash many checks before the never told That was not working . I know that for a fact that that was a lie she treated me just differently today The other day I had a check that was lost and someone did go over there and cash the check a thief , The thief didn’t have to sign any name on the front’So that I couldn’t see the name who was cashing that’ at to this day I don’t know who was going over there in cash the checkI don’t have the evidence who did itAnd today they treated me like this I think it’s not fair to treat people differently but no worries I will not come again no checks more for United supermarkets they make a small profit of that If they don’t wanna do that that’s fine with me and I will not recommend anyone to go over there Based on my experience today

On my road trip in Texas and it was lunch time, so, I stopped here. Not to busy and staff were helping customers with their groceries to their cars. Anyway, their 'hot food section' was in the back with plenty of items to pick. For me, it was the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Wow, it was great meal for me. Many thanks to them. A great place to shop at for lunch.

I love the friendliness of the staff. The pharmacy goes out of their way to fill my meds and even discount them if they're able. The stock lady, Kathey, is above and beyond the most helpful person. She knows where everything is and if something isn't stocked she doesn't give excuses, she gives informative explanations and lets me know when it will be available. She deserves a raise!Angela, the cashier, is amazing. She calls me by my first name, always says hello and asks how I am with genuine interest. When I mentioned how hot my apartment was she recommended a cooling unit she bought on sale in Lubbock. I bought the product in question and it solved my heating issue! She also makes sure if I bought cat food because I always forget. She has saved me countless return visits because of her resourcefulness! She deserves a raise and promotion!Thank you United for remaining a store with great customer service!

As our only market in town, I expect more from the staff. After losing your best employees to college, what's left is a talkative meandering pile of waste, save for a handful of worth while employees. Simple things like the rewards program, I'm told there's "a huge stack in the office no one has entered yet" and I believe it. After 3 separate submissions of a paper copy over the span of two months, several face to face inquiries, as well as being assured by a young female employee (with entirely too much makeup on) that she would do it immediately... surely just to placate my frustrated but respectful request, I finally took ten minutes out of my busy day to do the job of a united employee myself.How interesting, a store full of young, energetic, able bodied individuals, yet very little gets accomplished. However, every time I walk through the door there's a group of 3 or more chatting away by the ice freezers. yet, no one available for bagging or other helpful tasks of which they get paid to do. It seems more like they get paid to gossip at a social gathering.I strongly suggest that management keeps an eye on idle hands. At any point there are a number of simple tasks that could easily be done with a few spare minutes, rather than discussing the next pep rally. Such is the issue with the young and unmotivated. We can only hope that in the near future another store would be established, perhaps with some competition, would also come much needed improvement.I hope to see this location strive to be more than a mere last resort to those unwilling or unable to travel to Lubbock.

It may be the only grocery store in town, but its customer service at its beat.Always clean and brightly lit.The employees are always ready to help, they will not leave your side until your problem is resolved.Kudos to management for giving many young adults their first experience in the workforce.

Stopped here a while back, forgot to leave a review.Pretty bad United, expired product, dirty coolers and rude service. Good thing I won't be down that way for sometime, if I do I'll probably just stop at a convenience store for my groceries on the go.

Fair selection although the produce section was rather sparse on non potatoe root vegetables. Pricing was a bit on the high side for most items. Friendly staff. At first I thought I was being followed out to my car and I was, apparently they take the carts back from you. Poor kid almost got punched and didn't know it. Good thing he spoke up.

When you're the only grocery store in town, you don't have to be a good one.Expired product on every shelf, coolers not kept to temp, so rotten food galore, floors are filthy, as well as every surface in the produce department, and as a former employee, you don't even want to know how disgusting the back cooloers are for produce and meat.Filthy floors and pallets are apparently acceptable storage locations for unwrapped produce, before being thrown into a sink to soak for upwards of an hour(yes, I've seen it)Do yourself and your family a favor, make a little trip to another town and buy extra.It will save you health problems and irritation.United in Brownfield is an absolute joke, from management to the baggers.

Walked into United Amigos Albertsons deli at 8:50pm and the lady told me she closed at 9:00pm. I said it's 10 till and I just needed some sandwich meat she said she was closed and walked away. This doesn't sound like a big deal but this is the only deli in town. People shop here because they have to not because we want to. The quality of food is awful, hamburger meat looks great in the package until you get to the middle where it's all brown. We buy bread that's molded, meats that are spoiled or was past due date. I'm tired of this store overcharging us because it's all we have. I bet it's still cheaper at the Levelland Walmart with the current gas prices than it is here. Alot of people drive to Levelland and Lubbock to buy groceries. That's sad that United Amigos Albertsons treats this small town the way you do. I shop in another United that's in a small town 4 hours from here that we travel to alot and it's way cheaper there than here. Someone please bring another grocery store to this town.

I was disappointed that they are no longer sanitizing their basket handles and the new refrigerators with doors are causing more touching of handles. Also, the top shelf on the new meat counter is so high I couldn't see what was up there without picking up the packages.

Used to love it. The people working there are excellent and great people. However, since United was sold to corporate Albertsons the quality has suffered. They promised not to change a winning store but shortly raised prices and substituted quality products with cheep and low quality brands.

Brownfield Supermarket Monday 4/27/20. I observed many employees with masks and only one was wairing the mask correct. That was the lady checking me out. Most had their nose sticking out or under chin. Like they don't care.

I have always given 5 stars to this united it always is clean and management is always helpful though some of the new workers are rude lately i have literally had them roll eyes at me and continued chatting now they finally had clorox wipes they let 1 lady take every last one with my mom asking them can we hv 1 the checker didnt acknowledge my mom nor the lady it was so irritating for them to allow this to happen when the 2 wills will there it would not have happened but there are the workers that forever have been there and they are the ones i gobto if i i ne help i even ask the meat stocker aboutbother sections bc shes been there forever and one of the best i think she is always working so hard

Needs expanding needs up to date service like express self checkout and needs a bigger meat section aisles need to be bigger and a bigger frozen foods section and have themed meals ready to make such as during football season give customers different ideas for couchgateing and for the mother on the go give her the option of just picking up groceries. And for those who can't get out offer delivery . This United needs alot of upgrading to put it in competition with other grocery store.
