The people that work there are some of the most helpful and polite people I've ever come across in retail. In a world where they take your money like they're doing you a favor, no hello no thank you barely look at you..... this place and these people are very refreshing. I live near so I'm in there often and not once have I had a reason to complain.

Went in the store to return some curtains I had bought earlier because they were the wrong size. I was very rudely told I could not return them because they had been opened and it would take her over an hour to fold them the way they were supposed to be folded. Not only was she rude but I didn't know employees could pick and choose which items they wanted to take returns on because she did not want to fold something correctly. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and the corporate office as well this is unacceptable, and I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a store. Will not be going back.
