I looked and looked for a nice but affordable dark green dressage saddle pad to match my polo shirt for schooling shows, and found one here. My mom ordered it for me for my birthday, and I was blown away when it arrived. It's a beautiful, high quality pad with gorgeous gold trim, and the back is lined with a really nice flannel or felt material (the photo doesn't do the color justice). It's a great match to my polo and for $39 it's an incredible deal. I would expect to pay much more for a saddle pad of this quality. I can't wait to use it at my next show! Thank you very much!

I was worried, with weather changing and 12* to 16* digit, with windchill! I placed an order through Amazon, blanket expected Thursday, well lo and behold they arrived today! I have to admit to being a little nervous or apprehensive about ordering from this company after reading reviews, but am happy I went ahead and did so. I have ordered AND received 3 horse blankets for my daughter's horse. The first was too small, but that was because I ordered the wrong size. The other two are PERFECT and my daughter was thrilled that they even arrived a day early, because we have a "wintry mix" tonight so she was glad to have a blanket to put on her horse finally. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

I loved it they were fast to ask me what I wanted which was awesome, and I loved there tack. The people were super friendly and nice, it's a awesome family owned business. My horses look so good with there new tack and it's lasting for a long time. I think if you want to buy some new tack, buy it here it's amazing. Their horses were really friendly too. I would recommend this place to anyone who owns a horse. I loved my experience here

I ordered two ranger belts from them through another site (Walmart.com).I received an email that a shipping label had been printed on Dec 4th and here it is Dec 9th and nothing had progressed, did not ship. I spoke with some lady via text (as she tried to call me while I was at work and not able to answer my phone) and told her I was hoping to buy another belt in black to add to my order. She assured me that she would take care of it and email me an order confirmation. Neither order has shipped and I haven’t heard a thing back from them even after sending them three inquiry emails as to what the stays might be of my order. Poor communication = bad business!

Fun store to browse, great prices, but inspect items because most products are cheaply made as price reflects. Their winter blankets seem good so far. Purchased the one with a belly band and it is do nice!

if i could add a 6th star i would! this place is absolutely amazing! they had rescue horses on the property which were so sweet and friendly. the owners are incredible and we’re more than willing to help. they had a huge variety of saddles and horse blankets for my horse and i have been back many times for anything i need! if your in the houston area this is the place to be! love love love tackrus and their service.

Super cute saddle but my daughter used it twice and the pink started peeling off. I even emailed them and got no response.seems like very low quality leather. Very disappointed bc my daughter was very excited.

I should of done a review on this company before purchasing. I received a bridal halter set that looks nothing like is shown on line. I hope that they will do something about this and fix the issue. I'm a buisness owner myself and I wouldn't false advertise merchandise and sell something that doesn't look like what the consumer wanted.

The quality of blankets sold are not worth the price. I have two different turnout blankets from Tack R US. Both have had waterproofing failure despite cleaning, repairs, and waterproof with two different brands. I will not be wasting anymore money on a product that is such poor quality.If someone is considering a blanket from here, look somewhere else!

BUYER BEWARE! I was sold fleece lined blankets, when online description and verbally promised they were coat shiners as they don't keep sizes up to date on ebay or online so they have to always call you and offer you some other crap after you paid them your money. When returned in October it took them until April to issue a credit after many, many, many, many phone calls, emails...good luck getting any one to answer phone also. They ended up charging me a restocking fee of over $30. Let's just say..I will NEVER, EVER do business with this retailer and I will make sure I tell every horse owner of my terrible experience, terrible customer service and complete scam this place is.

I used my English headstall only 3 times before the side of it snapped in two. Great prices, but I guess you get whatcha pay for. I do have to admit that my English saddle pad is great quality and everything shipped quickly

We have a mini pony that my daughter does playdays on, well her saddleBroke the day before her first playday of the summer. I searched online found tackrus and found a beautiful saddle that was in our price range. We drove an hour the next morning and I fell in love with this place ! They have everything , you def have to browse and check items... bc yes they are cheaper made... but the customer service was excellent he helped us browse and it was a great experience ! If you aren’t looking to spend 1,000s on tack, this is your place. We will def be back to shop for my gelding

Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their horse blankets and customer service! I Was led on and on and out right lied to, several calls, several different answers and now am stuck without a winter blanket and snow is about to fly!!! The worse part, is the lady on the phone actually tried to get more money out of me!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I would give a negative 5 Stars if I could. This company is horrible. Horrible customer service, they sent me two moldy bridles that weren't even what I ordered. Emailed back and forth for over a month to try and get what I ordered. NO SUCCESS. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Horrible owner/manager. Bad customer services. Charge a 20%restocking get fee. I could have put that crappie practice saddle back in the dirty warehouse where I found it! Cheap tack. Head stall broke after the 4th use. Never purchase here again.

Product didn't look anything like the photo No tags or identification of the company that supposedly crafted it. Claimed to be leather WAS NOT LEATHER or its made from hide of an animal not of this world. Called about making a return ...hopefully ill get my money back.

I don’t see how you can call yourself the “biggest saddle tack and leather store in the greater Houston area” when you can’t even find a single pair of replacement rowels for spurs in your entire warehouse...Save yourself the time, folks. Don’t bother driving all the way out here.
