This team is absolutely fantastic. I was unfortunately caught in a land sale that had a number of issues, and looked to sell my property. Although the amount I was looking to sell the property for was small compared to a traditional home sale, Traci treated it like her only priority. She was communicative, helpful and friendly through the entire process, and helped me learn along the way. Real estate agents said on the phone gas was too high to show properties to buying customer s. Plus they said they did not have to fool with any customer s that did not have bank approval. Cash purchase was not an approve source of purchase.

I have two experienced dealing with Rayburn Realty. The first one I was trying to find a home or land to buy. I worked with a realtor who literally showed me nothing. I had to find everything that I was interested in. I found a house that they had the listing on. It was a brand new home that they listed as finished. When we looked at it it was unfinished and the builder was selling as is. This was completely the opposite of the listing. Well I finally found some land that I wanted and went to the realtor to put an offer in on it and she couldn't get ahold of the listing agent from a rival company. Once again they couldn't do there job so I had to go to the other agent to put in my offer. My agent had the nerve to question my decision for doing that since it cut her out of the deal. I told her she wasn't doing her job. The second issue was while building our new home we needed a place to stay short term. We found a condo managed by Rayburn Realty and moved in. It was old and outdated but we knew this. We needed the convenience of it being fully furnished. When we moved in it was very dirty and my wife spent hours trying to clean it. Right off the tub cracked and flooded the apartment.every time it rained the living area was wet fro the window leaking. The dryer broke and wasn't fixed for two weeks.the power kept tripping on the main service disconnect and we had to stay in a motel for 3 night because the power company deemed the condo a fire hazard if the issue wasn't fixed.the doors on the condo wouldn't lock. the burners on the stove didn't work.the water heater ruptured and flooded half the condo and the neighbors unit. The faucets sprayed water everywhere when you turned them on. I voiced my concerns to the owner of Rayburn Realty, Brenda Job and have never been treated more rudely in my life.i was told that she could rent this unit tomorrow for more money. Oh really Brenda? Then why was the unit vacant for so long? And all the issues occured in a mere 3.5 months of stating there. After 3.5 months it was time to move into our new home. My wife cleaned the condo and it was 100 percent cleaner than when we moved in. Now they are holding my security deposit and lying saying that it needs to be cleaned. Dealing with Rayburn Realty has been one disaster after another. If you want to be treated rudely and unfairly the I highly recommend them. If you want them to bold face lie and steal your security deposit then they are the right people for the job. And if you want to spend the time doing a realtors work for them and allow them to collect a commission they have the agents working for them to do it. Beware of this company!

i wouldnt use them if my life depended on it, currently in a law suit with denise quick one of there sellers. one of her workers burned half a acre of my property while building her house and she doesnt think she owes me anything. and i was told twice by rayburn country that she hadn't even pulled a permit to build. in a almost 2 yr long court battle with her.
