Dropped off a dear already field dressed weight was 160lbs I got back 43lbs of meat,Dropped off a hog same time already field dressed 180lbs got back 36lbs of meat. Paid 500$ total processing. Also the people are very rude saying if I didn’t pick up in 2 days they would give away the meat I already paid for. These people need to do better!!!!!!!

Have used Brian at B and K for well over 20 years if my memory is correct. Never had a problem and always took care of us. I don't hunt that lease anymore, but thought I would drop a nice review for all the years that I did hunt it and always used B and K. I highly recommend.

This is the second year my father has taken his deer to B&K. My wife and I drive all the way from Arlington to pick it up. It's absolutely worth the drive. Great customer service and a great product. Be sure and get them to make you some breakfast sausage!

Excellent quality, friendly staff, and quick turn-around. I've known Brian and Wendi for years and I always make it a point to bring my deer to B & K. I've never had any issues with my orders and I will continue to bring my game animals to this location any chance that I can. It's always nice to come back to my hometown whenever possible and doing business with B & K Processing will continue to be part of my trip. Thank you again for the quality service that you provide.

Great folks! They really care about your harvest and take great pride in processing exactly to your specifications. Their selection of specialty meats is outstanding. I couldn't believe how quick the turn around time was and have not been disappointed. Pricing is fantastic as well. These folks are workers and I strongly suggest you give them a shot. Drove 6 hours just to have 3 deer processed. Will DEFINITELY use them on future harvest. Thank you again for taking such great care of me. Jim.

The only place in West Texas to get game processed. They are super friendly and they have an unbelievably quick turn around. Pricing is very fair for the quality and flavor of their specialty meats. Must haves: chorizo, jalapeño chedder smoked sausage & summer sausage, and the pepperjack smoked sausage & summer sausage. After I had already dropped off my buck, I also got to try the spicy maple breakfast sausage. All of these are amazing. I have 4 kids who all usually don't care much for deer meat. But now, they're all looking foward to next season already. I'll have to try the jerky next!

The lady who handles service is terrible, did not keep her word to me about my order, I ordered certain quantities and then increased the amount. When I asked about it she was very rude, and blamed me for the discrepancy. Any question I had on why my order that was not correct was my fault. Took no accountability for their mistake , only gave excuses and blamed me. Before I left confirmed what was left to be paid, got there then owed double what they told me again my fault. This has happened to me as well as a friend that has used them. Beware, I'd try somewhere else if you have options. Not worth there poor service, lies, and add on charges. First thing I did before I ordered was asked questions, I decided to get sliced ham steaks instead of tenderized. Then I ordered 12.50 of sausage and 2 roasts. Confirmed my amount due before leaving was told 12.50. Was supposed to be called if there was a issue with my order, no one contacted me, as wendy confirmed she would do before I left and did not follow thru. Fact she lied to me. When picking up my order, I saw the increased price, asked a question to the girls they could not answer, so they got u, when I asked you any questions your were rude to me insinuating it was my fault. Then I look at the meat and see no harm steak as I move the meat in the box to see if any thing under the top pieces. She called that throwing. I didn't even pick up a piece. Another lie. Any question ask was considered as rude. As she was not concerned if my order was completed properly, she offered only to take more meat back and reduce the price. I said one cuss word as I knew I wasted 120 on my order that was not correct. I lost all ham steaks and the most expensive cut of meat I was supposed to have known about but she showed no concern for not letting me know. I then apologized for using a cuss word, one time. She did not care and did not apologize for her failure, increased price, and inaccurate order. So you choose to decide. Someone trying to save themselves with comments below or a customer, she showed no concern to please.

We use to love having our deer processed here. This year, mid-season, they raised the price up (after raising them already at the beginning of the season), and we got less meat from a bigger deer than we did from a smaller deer earlier in the season. The worker that gave us our processed meat told us that one little box of hamburger meat was all we got from the bigger bodied deer. My husband told him we got more with a smaller deer last time, and the worker argued with him, telling him "it must have been a bigger deer". He also threw our meat on the ground outside and told my husband "you can load it yourself!" (even though hubby never asked him for help). Raising the pricing is one thing, and it's really not such a big deal to us, but when you're cheated out of meat that you've paid more money for and treated the way my husband was yesterday, that's over the line. We won't be back after being a repeat customer for many, many years.

Tried to drop off a quartered buck and the employee tried to tell me the caped head must stay with him until the deer is processed. I told him that is incorrect and he told me to read the manual and that it’s states the sex of the deer must stay until final processing. Well he obviously needs to read the book.... this is per Texas: A hunter may transport a deer or pronghorn to a final destination, provided it is tagged and proof of sex accompanies the deer or pronghorn.
