The staff is always welcoming. The produce is always fresh and vibrant. So enjoy the Bakery department. Getting warm tortillas when they are completed. The fresh bread just hits the spot when walking around. Then seeing the cakes that the bakery department does is just always amazing.

This has to be the WORST store in N.TX!! Spent over 350.00 and half the meat is bad, tortillas have mold, and the self checkout needed assistance every other item. But the worst part...it's VERY expensive!! Save your time and money, HEB is worth the drive. Walmart is better than this place. I'm SO disappointed. Will never go back.

Generally a nice store with adequate selection of products. Current management does not seem to have any idea about tidiness or cleanliness.Been shopping this store since it first opened, and right now is not its finest hour.They have always been willing to stock certain specific products on request, but nowadays it is just lip service with no follow-through. In other words, they say "yes", but the product never appears.Current staff are all very friendly and helpful, each one seems to make an effort to make about there a pleasant experience.

Sushi, BBQ rotisserie chicken and chicken tenders that were on sale all rated higher than competitors for taste and overall value. Don't go to fast food chicken restaurants unless you want gravy with your tenders 🤕. Absolutely crazy that no gravy is included with a full pound of tenders at this deli 😞

Went to brookshires this morning for the 3 day ad and once again there really is not a 3 day sale because they never have anything.Very disappointed.You should watch your employees on their phone constantly and all staff needing alot of training, nobody knows anything about who orders What, i would do weekly mandatory training

Curbside pickup is the best. Each person that’s done my order has been great. They pick good produce and meat and text to ask about any substitutions. Normally I get same day pickup. In store shopping is also easy. I appreciate that they still have checkers. Much easier for lots of groceries.

What happened to having our groceries carried out? They have stopped that but the prices are still so expensive! No, they are not comparable to other like stores. The black manager has never spoken to me and I'm in there a lot. United in Graham is not any cheaper, but the store is bigger, always full of products, excellent produce, friendly checkers,AND they still sack then carry out your groceries!! Great customer service. Brookshire's, you're falling way behind.

I had the bakery make my Mom a cake for her 98th. Birthday. The staff were very helpful in the type of cake I wanted. She suggested options for me and it was very helpful. The cake was beautiful and delicious.

This has to be the best Brookshires in 100 miles and quite possibly the newest. Beautiful store, well stocked, and the right mix of folks working there. I am changing my home store from Springtown to Bridgeport. It might be a few more miles to go (6 miles I think), but it's well worth it to me.

Not a bad experience here. Staff is friendly, I had my elderly aunt with me and before I got out of the truck one of the men were there asking me if we needed a motorized shopping cart. Very good staff. Thank you all.

Surprisingly great selection of frozen dinners! They are also open until 10:00 PM which is helpful since I work night shift. I can pick up a few lunches on my way to work and not worry the rest of the week!

They do a nice job. Staff is usually friendly, some are very young and don't know how to manage customers (mostly young teen men, that's ok). Young hires to help bag are awesome and bring your groceries out to your car, think 1960's and 1970's, Wow! It's a nice grocery with good produce. Brookshire's has a good reputation in North and East Texas. I wish we had one in Decatur. Lowes Grocery is ok, I'll not comment beyond that. I come from Decatur on occasions to shop at Brookshire's when I'm not up for Walmart which is ok too out here, better than Dallas for sure. I was at Brookshire's tonight and very odd, they had no lemons or limes. Weird. I'm too old to fuss anymore. Shrug and say thank you. I'll pick up the lemons at Walmart.

Love this grocery store! Everything is super clean and well organized throughout the entire store. I never have to guess where an item is located. The produce is always in top form, all items in the bakery are delicious and the cuts of meat are perfect. Always a super friendly staff and many people on the floor and available if you need help. Plenty of cashiers and they are also very professional and friendly. Last but not least they actually offer to carry out your groceries which is almost unheard of these days. Dare I say it’s a joy to grocery shop again? Bridgeport store is doing it ALL right! Thank you!

I stop here often when headed west since there are few full service grocery stores past this one. Brookshire's is always a good grocery store and I've always liked this one. I don't live in Bridgeport but pass through about ten times a year, and I almost always wind up buying good products here.
