So my family has done business here for over 20 years.we spend between $40 and $100 a week on feed. I asked if they delivered and they said yes. So I went in to order and the oldest employee who also happens to be their delivery driver was helping me. When I asked to have $100 in hay and our weekly feed delivered he said that the hay was no good for horses. I said that is fine just give us one bail and I will try to get more elsewhere and he said he wasn’t going to deliver 4 items. This was infuriating to me because my mom is disabled and I drive a very small sedan. I was willing to pay a delivery fee but he was adamant about not delivering so few items. From that point on I have been willing to go to any lengths to not support a business that employs such a rude and dare I say lazy person. Unfortunately this doesn’t hurt their business at all because of lack of competition in the area.
