I have a prescription that I need every day.Because this is a Benzodiazepine, my doctor writes a prescription for it monthly. The Walgreens in Bridge City, Texas, that I have used for years said that drug was back ordered and they have no idea when they will get it. I explained I need this drug for my well being and was told there was nothing they could do. I said I would call other pharmacies and see if it was available. They said I could do that but they couldn’t transfer the prescription. So therefore I will be without a drug that I need until who knows when. Somehow that doesn’t seem to be a good ending. I need the drug for a reason. They cannot or will not help me. I truly don’t understand.

I would like to give a shout out to the most amazing team member this Walgreens has. Aimee Bui! Love this girl! She has remembered my name, face and pulls my information up for me right away. I never have to wait with her! She is kind and gracious! I look forward to seeing her every time I go! Thank you Aimee!

Amazing customer Service and quick to answer! I had just called CVS the WORST pharmacy in Bridge City to call in meds were extremely rude and decided to call Walgreens OMG DAY And NIGHT love the staff here!THANK YOU ♥

Folks In the pharmacy seem like they don't want to be doing their job. I had rx for Tamiflu sent there I received a notification that they were out of stock. I called to transfer my rx to another store the lady on the phones says there is a national shortage. I asked could you check with the other wall greens to see if they have it. "Sir, we order all our medications from the same place if we don't have it they don't have it." Okay cool I'll find somewhere else. 5 minutes later I've located Tamiflu at another pharmacy and called back to have the rx transferred their and the guy on the phone seemed reluctant to have to do any work. Will not fill medications here again.

I have been having to take pain medication unfortunately for 3 years now. I’m from Louisiana but because of my conditions I have to see Houston specialist. If your prescribed a class 2 narcotic from a Texas doctor you have to have it filled in Texas not Louisiana where I am from. It took me a long time to find a pharmacist that would fill my prescription with out prejudice and judgment until 12/12/2018. I drove an hour and a half like I have to every month to the Walgreens in Bridge city Texas to get my prescription filled. Greydon is the manager of the pharmacy and is out because of surgery. I had the most horrible experience with the so-called lady that called her self a manager of the pharmacy. She was rude!!!!! I could see the judgement in her face and she talked to me like I was a drug seeking addict. I understand the laws of a pharmacist and their ability to fill or not fill a prescription. She could have filled my prescription but she chose to judge me and brand me. I didn’t even get a chance to get her name but she LOUDLY proclaimed to me Greydon was not the manager anymore she was and then proceeded to ignore me and talk on the phone and look at me like I was trash. If Graydon is not the manager anymore y’all did this store a great injustice by placing this lady as a manager. I wouldn’t call her a lady because she didn’t act like one and she surely didn’t explain to me in a dignified manner why she was not filling my prescription. She tossed that prescription at me like I was a dog off the street. Again I couldn’t get her name because she was so quick to judge and ignore me. She was an attractive black lady until she opened her mouth. I went to the Walgreens in Orange Texas right after this horrible experience with this so called manager and they said they had no problem filling it because there was no reason not to. It wasn’t to early to fill it. I will never go back to this Walgreens in Bridge city again!! I have about 20 family members with kids and grandchildren that I have spoken to and inform them of how I was treated and they are withdrawing their prescriptions from Walgreens because of this one incident. I’m sure that won’t bother anyone at this store but this woman took my strength away from me for a short time. It took me a LONG time to feel good about myself because of the pain medication I have to take and Graydon helped me be strong and treated me with respect!!!! I complained to the store manager, he came back and spoke to me but you could tell he was afraid of his so called pharmacy manager. Yeah y’all definitely need to get Greydon back in that store before she destroys it all. Even if Greydon couldn’t have filled my prescription he would have explained to me in detail why he couldn’t have filled it and he would’ve spoke to me in a dignified manner about it. This so called lady manager they have now owes me the biggest apology but people like that, so rude and judgmental and stuck on herself I’ll never get that apology. I wish I could sue her for being judgmental because I would jump on that in a heartbeat. She is in the wrong business!!!!!

Do not come here. Horrible management. If you do be sure to check to make sure all your prescriptions are in the bag or you will be in for another 45 minute wait. Not fun when you are sick.Happened to my family multiple times. Used to be properly managed, not anymore.

They won’t even bother to call and tell you when they can’t fill a prescription and then give you problems switching pharmacies and want to try and make you drive to another Walgreens. Incompetent.

I needed a product that they said they were out of and i found it 1 isle over, they said my meds would be ready in 15-20m and if I waited in the store. But It still took 40m!! So I think 3 is a fair #!!

Staff is always friendly and prescriptions are filled very quickly. The Walgreens app make prescription management very convenient as well.

This Walgreens has the poorest customer service I’m sick and I called in for my Prescription to see how much it would cost me and they told me they were busy to call them why bother asking me my name when your too lazy to Anwser a question I hate this place ni time wish they would get better staff here.

Brought in my prescription last month 1st they gave me 40 had to bring it back then they give me 75 the doctor wrote my prescription for a 115 they didn't even try to get me a prior worth a result tion through my doctor until I called them and asked them why they were playing games 2 months ago they shorted my son on his adderall somebody there has a habit because it's only narcotics that we have problems with the count is never right these people need to be investigated
