This place was great, next time I'll book a weekend instead of just a roadtrip overnight.Well-kept, seriously clean, good breakfast, pretty pool & patio area, workout room looked in great shape, and cool pond out back. Will definitely stay here again for birding/wildlife trips in the area.Rooms: Rooms were super clean and well-kept.

Room very dusty pretty much everything had a layer of dust on it almost all the walls have stains from floor to ceiling especially the doors in bathroom and entry to the room shower walls were also dirty beds are kinda comfortable but overall is lacking a good cleaning !! And you can almost not here the traffic over your air-conditioning unitRooms: The soap in the shower is nice !

Very convenient location and a really nice surprise. Rooms are spacious and clean and very quiet. Really enjoyed having some space to love about after a long day. Larger than average fridge (for a hotel) was included and able to hold quite a bit. TVs were larger and brighter than you'd normally see in a hotel. The extra seating was nice to have with friends visiting. Extra plugs were next to the bed for any devices needed. When back in the area, will definitely visit again.Safety: Enjoyed the extra sturdy locks on the room. Though with the security, I'd doubt it's necessary.Noteworthy details: Love the extra sturdy suitcase holder with metal rails.

Rooms were clean and quiet and beds are comfortable the only issue is that the shower water isn't hot. Needs to be about 10 to 15 degrees hotter. Guess they're trying to save money.Edit: Stayed again a week later and water in a different room on a different floor was fine so maybe it was just that specific room or floor.

My Son in law and Daughter stayed there from the end of Aug to the Beginning of Oct. I have pictures of the room when they left. During their Stay of several weeks the maids only came in twice to clean the room. My daughter had to go down to the lobby and get towels, toilet paper, sheets, blankets and make the beds herself and had to get a vacuum to clean the floors because the maids only came twice! I WAS on the phone with her when she requested these items. According to this hotel they are trying to get $500 dollars extra for supposed damages to the room. Again I HAVE pictures there was none of the damages the hotel are saying happened. They have NOT sent an itemized list of supposed damages to my Daughter or to the organization that helped pay for the room. I feel this hotel is a scam hotel that just wants to take money from a family that can't afford it!! I KNOW my daughter had to get the items to clean because I was on the phone with her!

Sweet staff. Rooms were clean but could use a better vacuum. Hallways need to be vacuumed daily since this is a area where a lot of construction workers are staying. Upon entering we noticed hallways were dirty. 2 days later still carpets are not vacuumed. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast. I only like fresh fruit and oatmeal and they had neither unfortunately. Serve yourself waffle, cereal or breads. Dryer downstairs made unbelievably loud noises. No business center as advertised. Would stay again despite few things I disliked.PS maybe they need to purchase better vacuums

Very nice stay! Very clean I just wished the housekeeping staff would have been more customer friendly. Marianna was fabulous she is what customer service should be! She was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. Poole was beautiful and the scenery was a delight! I love that the hotel is pet friendly, we have a pet. My only suggestion would be is maybe have a sign that says no pets in the dining area. Wonderful stay, we will def be back!

Checked in for a week long stay on business. Rooms are clean, BUT the bathroon door needs to cleaned as there is dirt/grease looking stains around the door handle. Porcelain in tub had a chunk missing-showing its age. Body wash dispencer in shower was empty, so I used my own. In a nutshell, housekeeping not doing a very good job. AC/Heater unit will not turn off. When switching off, the fan runs even though everything is off. The AC does however run cold, which I like. The view facing the back pond is awesome however. Very nice. The biggest problem I have with this property is how cheap they are operating. They do offer a hot breakfast, but they do not belive in protein-at all. No Sausage, No bacon No lids for the coffe cups either. If you do not show up for breakfast right after it begins, then your left with slim pickings-maybe 1 muffin, 1 slice of toast. They do not keep the selections stocked during the breakfast period. I dont like waste as much as anyone else, but geeze. Signs in the breakfast area say "no food to go" ? 1st time I have ever seen that in any Hotel. Well, Im not sure what they are trying to convey but I took my breakfast to room to eat anyway. I prefer to eat in privacy and have the ability to heat my food in the provided microwave. This is for Mr. Patel- As I travel all over the Southwest USA on business, 90% of Hotels (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and LaQuinta Inn) are owned or operated by Patel's. This property is ran on a shoe string budget. It doesnt have to be, it should not be. By the way, the lock on the side entrance is still missing despite other reviewers bringing it to your attention. Whats up with that?

This location deserves some mad props! Gotta thank the ladies up front!Our company has us stay here frequently, and I've always had a great stay. This was my first, since they replaced all the bedroom furniture.But anyway, upon my arrival, I immediately asked for assistance after checking in. While driving in, I got caught in a flash flood and both my duffle bags got soaked. By the time I was able to get my bags in the cab of the truck, it was too late. They were drenched, along with all of my belongings. I asked to dry my cloths in the big dryers the housekeepers use and the gal running the front desk didn't hesitate to assist. She called her boss for verification and had my bags drying out before I knew it. She even delivered them back to my room, as promised. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼 ya'll ladies the real ones! 🙌🏼

The room smells a bit funny but the A.C. was fine and the fridge worked great. Breakfast area was big while the pool was closed for “renovations” that theyve been doing for 1 year+. The elevator was also not finished and just had a dinky layer of cardboard with several holes in it. All they really need to do is FINISH THE RENOVATIONS!!!

Its a shame how much this place has gone downhill in the past years. Our room had no mat for shower, slipping hazard for sure. There was a leak between the bathroom and bedroom and the carpet was soaking wet. The room was not very clean. The garbage cans outside were full. The parkinglot had trash all over it. The rails around the walk way ramp is about to fall over. There is trash all around dumpster and it looks like they began reno and just left all the bathtubs and boxes in the parkinglot and didnt bother to finish reno. The side entry door still locked but the lock had been removed and we had to make sure it closed to feel safe. What a shame. I will never stay there again.

This place is great! The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and cozy, the pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful and the views to the pond that sits out back are breathtaking. My husband travels for work and stays here often and we've gotten to know a lot of the staff. This is always our go to place! P.S. The breakfast buffet is very good and they provide dinner to their guests every Wednesday evening :)

This hotel is very nice. It was clean and modern. The location is nice - they are right on a large pond and they have a nice walk area at the edge of the pond. They rake pets and this was a nice area to walk our dogs. The pool and spa was very pretty. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The only slight negative was that their breakfast bar was not well maintained- there were things that were gone or nearly gone. .We would definitely stay here again.

We liked this hotel the first time and came back again, the staff is very friendly, they pay attention to keep the breakfast buffet well supplied, the rooms are always fresh and cleaned well. Even though it is pet friendly, the halls and rooms are fresh and clean and my allergies were fine. I recommend this hotel, especially for the patio out back by the lake, with great views and interesting birds and jumping fish.

Nice, small, quiet hotel. Rooms were cold and comfortable. Newly remodeled as of 2019. Pond out back has its own resident alligator that comes up close to you. Peaceful to sit out back with a cup of coffee and just relax.

Hotel was clean and updated staff was so nice and helpful and polite. Beautiful outside sitting area. BBQs to cook on. Fun heated pool was a little too warm. Beautiful pond it has Gators however they have secured the area and you are very safe. You are allowed to have your dogs. Beautiful property. Will definitely stay again on my way back and forth from Florida.

I have stayed here three or four times. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and it is well maintained. And the view is nice. I love the small lake behind the facility. There are fish, crabs, and at least a couple of alligators in there. It is THE place I stay while in the area.

Car emergency near midnight set my journey back so I needed a hotel to sleep in until I could bring my car to the shop the next morning. Between the two hotels here, I'd say we picked the right one. We had a wonderful sleep, enjoyed the views, and thankful for the breakfast + easy walk to highly rated car shops nearby.The staff was so sweet and welcoming.
