I can understand when a medication is not in stock and has to be ordered. I have an issue with not being contacted I have an issue with being told that if I want to get it from somewhere else I have to be the one to find it. When making contact with a different CVS they were able to tell me the system says no one in the area has it. Why couldn't the Bridge City store do this and keep me from having to search everywhere?

This pharmacy has the kindest person (Joel). He has always been so quick to help and not be an inconvenience.Both med requests were short on time and he went out of his way to get them with a smile.

Very convenient location, insanely difficult to deal with as soon as there’s a glitch in their system. I’m going on day 3 of being stuck in the middle of a he said she said because they don’t have a medicine in stock, and I can’t get my prescription back so I can go somewhere else.

Pharmacy staff acts like customers are a burden, no sense of customer service, stay on hold 20 minutes on the phone, pull up to the drive thru window still on hold on the phone and wait another 15 minutes in drive thru before being acknowledged. Either hire more people or train the ones that are there.

WORST pharmacy to call in meds I work for a Plastic Surgery Office and this is unacceptable... will keep you on hold for ever or drop your call. Not professional extremely rude. DO NOT COME HERE! Call Walgreens in the area soooo much nicer!

We have used CVS Bridge City, Texas for 15+ years since we moved to this area. In the last year and 1/2 have seen service and respect to customers consistently go downhill! Just want to give a shout out to Miss Lindsay, pharmacy tech, for her great service, kindness, and true caring for all my questions and concerns!! She is wonderful. Will truly miss doing business here, but CVS has left us no option.

This is by far the worst cvs pharmacy in the region. Whoever the manages the pharmacy needs to be terminated so they can reset the attitude of this location. The last that runs the store itself is super nice and helpful, Zoe I think was her name. Pharmacy phones go unanswered, constant stock out of date, etc. Absolute worst pharmacy... Period.

Scheduled a Covid test earliest one they had was 3 days out. Showed up on time and was told they are out of test tubes that I needed to reschedule. Earliest date was 6 days later, I show up on time to be told again they do not have the proper supplies to administer the test I need to reschedule so I did luckily they have an availability the next day. I called the pharmacy to ask if they will have the proper supplies by the next day and was on hold for 38 minutes. Every 10 minutes someone got on the line to tell me to pls hold.but Noone ever spoke with me.

Went in to pick up prescription strength pain killers for a fractured leg and knee, had it called in the day before and was told it would be ready by 6pm, went to pick it up at 3pm the next day and was told it wasn’t ready and would be about 20 mins and to pull around. I decided to go in and waddled to the back in my knee brace, then sat in the waiting area for 45 mins and watched as they called the other waiter for their prescription, and then helped four other customers. Finally I got up and hobbled to the desk where I stood 10 more minutes before finally getting acknowledged and getting my medication that clearly said ‘waiting’ across the top of it. Would still use Walgreens if my insurance hadn’t required me to change pharmacies. Also anytime I call to refill a prescription I don’t have the Rx for, I wait for 20 minutes on hold, just to get annoyed and hang up, call back and immediately get helped. I don’t even understand.

Easily the worst pharmacy in town. I have no idea why I keep coming here. It is NOTHING but problems. Currently have been sitting in the drive through for over 35 minutes, and I already expect to get to the window to hear some excuse why they haven't gotten to filling it. If you can, avoid at ALL costs.Edit: Totally predicted it... after waiting at the drive thru for 45 mins I get to the window where she tells me they haven't filled the script even though it was called in over 4 hours ago. Shw told me they are short staffed. So here I am two hours later back here standing in line while the guy in front of me has been arguing with the pharmacist for almost 10 minutes now about what supplies he needs with his prescription. Hoping one day I'll actually get my child's script.

We've stopped coming to this location. The final straw was even my daughter signed up for covid-19 vaccine. We showed up at the scheduled time, and when my daughter checked in, they told her "it wasn't in their system." When I inquired, they said, "well, we only have an unopened vial. She'll have to reschedule. We don't want to waste it. She can go to another location." When we showed up at that location, a person who got the vaccine said, "they sent me here too. You're the second group of people I've seen coming from that location while waiting."This location has mis-billed me before which I only discovered because we changed pharmacies.When there's several pharmacies in town, there's just no reason to go through these issues.

They don’t even deserve one star. The pharmacy is so rude and understaffed! They could care less about getting you your medications the same day, and don’t call you to let you know if something went wrong they just let you wonder. A recent pharmacist actually “lost” my paper prescription. When I pulled through an hour later it was a different pharmacist and they said it was no where to be found that I would have to go back to the DR. The prescription for was for a high dose of VITAMIN D! They should have taken care of their own mistake. I’m not sure if half of the people that run in and out of there are actually licensed professionals. My 6 year old could do a better job than they do.

This is the worst pharmacy I have every called. The pharmacist will swear at you and hang up. Incredibly unprofessional. He should not be allowed to speak with ANYONE. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Transferred 2 prescriptions over from a different pharmacy. Took them 4 days just to even start the transfer! Should have been the first clue. Then it takes the rest of the 4th day for them to figure out my insurance AND after calling 6 times in that time frame they STILL got my information incorrect. Incorrect NAME and PHONE NUMBER. Ridiculous. Switching to Walgreens after this fiasco.

Wait times are horrible. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. They didn't even reconstitute my child's antibiotic! Worst CVS store I have ever had an encounter with. I have given them multiple opportunities to fill medications and every time I am disappointed.

CVS in Bridge City, Texas is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My doctor sent over a prescription at 9 am. I arrived at CVS at 6pm and was told they were still working on the order. There is NO EXCUSE for that!!!

They are very understaffed. Waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. They tell u meds will be ready soon..then DAYS later its ready! Stand at counter when NO OTHER customers r there and NOONE in drive thru..just to get looked at and not acknowledged! They can never find my meds! Horrible!!
