My sweet girl had a tumor. Bridge City Animal Hospital came to her rescue. Tumor removed and sent out for testing and her home in my arms within 24 hours. I will continue to use BCAH for any future needs. Very friendly, prompt and informative. Pricing was fair and reasonable for it being an emergency. Thank you!!

Took my dog cali today. This was our 1st visit and she was nervous. The moment we walked in the front desk receptionist was amazing with her. The tech and DR where so gentle and very sweet with her. I really love how they welcomed her and helped me with her. Keep up the great work!

I've already left a review previously for these folks, but I can't say enough nice things about them. Unfortunately, my pet goose Igor passed away, and these guys handled the cremation process so wonderfully. They even sent us a sympathy card signed by all the staff. I will be going back to these folks in the future most definitely!

The whole staff was nice, and very understanding with Mias needs and didn't throw no extra charges and fees in after visit. The veterinarian took her time with Mia being patient at helping me understand every step on how to deal with her seizures

The only place, I mean the ONLY place, that could trim our dogs' nails without medication. They even boarded him for a bit. Wonderful staff!

Bella (The Super Pup) loves everyone here (don't worry she didn't personally tell me, I could tell by her reactions... I could not ask for better service and more compassionate employees at any establishment. Everyone here has gone above and beyond to take excellent care of my pups and make them as comfortable as possible. Both of my dogs get so excited just pulling into the parking lot!

Bridge City Animal Hospital helped our Jack and went above and beyond. He was shot in the shoulder and had to have his front left leg amputated, and he needed blood, and we just didn't know if he was going to make it, but they worked really hard on him and now he's up running, jumping, walking. I can't thank them enough. Here's a picture of right after he got stitched up and today after stitches. He's doing great because of them! I recommend!

We had to drive 1 hr 45 min to get there. Aubrie stayed late to get us in for drop off for surgery the next morning. The other clinic that referred us told us to be there at 5:30 but they closed at 5 pm. She went above and beyond to get us in. The Dr. Browning called the next morning before she started surgery to update me. Then called again after surgery as well. River had to stay the weekend. I was called each day for updates on her. The other staff in the office when I picked her up was great. They were very helpful and patient with as I was trying to pay with CARE CREDIT. Thank you all. T Thompson and RIVER

Our Libby was having a horrible time with her ears. We went in to see if there were any openings. We caught Dr. Pitts just in time. We thank Candace who was nothing but super nice the whole time. We thank Dr. Pitts who was finished for the day but waited the extra time for us to bring Libby in. I didn't get the man who brought Libby out to us but he was smiling and laughing. He didn't seem to care that he has Libby hair all over him. We love this place and will be bringing all the rest of our traveling circus in.

Took my happy, healthy kitten here to be neutered. He died in recovery. It might be the pain of loss talking, but I can’t trust a veterinarian who can’t keep a healthy animal alive after a routine procedure like neutering.

I had my first encounter with Bridge City Animal Hospital last week. During quarantine, the vet and staff operated with exceptional customer service although stressors are much higher. I was treated with the utmost respect upon calling to explain my dog’s current situation. They let me know their earliest available appointment and that this would be a curbside visit to uphold the highest care for staff and customers. This helped me feel comfortable that the vet would give me a call to discuss treatment before making any decisions. I got to my appointment early in case I needed to complete paperwork due to being a new client here. The staff member who came to get my dog asked questions and was so polite. My dog always trembles when someone new comes to take her from me. She was comfortable with the staff member and didn’t try to climb back in my arms. This made me feel comfortable that she wasn’t scared, therefore I made a wonderful decision with changing veterinarians to address my concerns.

I brought my Maltipoo in to have him Neutered. I was very pleased with the service they contacted me after his surgery and let me know everything went well and let me know he was doing good he was even set him home with a cone and medication.I’m very pleased with service

Great vet services. They take great care of my pets. My dog was sick, and I called for an appointment. I was seen the same day. The offices are clean and the staff is very friendly. The Dr. Skinner is very nice and is really great with my dog. She even gave me a call back to discuss something I had mentioned during my appointment. Really good customer service.

Wonderfully kind staff. They treat each animal like their own. My cats really love the vet and vets assistant. They're quick, thorough and gentle with the animals. The vet saved my cats life and has cured any other ailments with no wrong diagnosis.

My vet was off for the weekend and my dog was having a bad allergic reaction to something. It was recommended I go to either Pachur Vet in Orange or Bridge City Animal Hospital. As time was of the essence, I went to Pachur. As bad luck would have it, their vet was on vacation.I drove to Bridge City Animal Hospital, and although they were extremely booked up, I paid an emergency fee and they immediately saw my dog. The staff and vet were very thorough and compassionate. After an intensive exam, he was given appropriate treatment and advice on follow up care.I cannot praise the staff and doc enough. It was like I was family. Would definitely recommend this vet.

I recently visited here and I am so glad that I did! Everyone I encountered was so kind and they were so sweet to my little Chloe. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling confident that Chloe's issues had been properly addressed and resolved. A couple of weeks prior to my first visit here, I went in to purchase some food for my one of my dogs who had been very sick. I told the receptionist about Tulip and gave her my info to create an account. Sadly, Tulip passed away the following week. I called to schedule an appointment for Chloe and mentioned about Tulip's passing and then a few days later I received a sympathy card in the mail. Neither of my pets had ever been seen there, but they were kind enough to send a card. That meant the world to me! I was having the worst week and that card lifted my spirits. I feel very blessed to have found Bridge City Animal Hospital and it feels good to know that my pets are being cared for by the best.

This has been the absolute best experience we have ever had with a veterinary office. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The doctor is engaging and takes a personal approach in the care of your fur baby. I never felt rushed or ignored. I will recommend this office to everyone I know. Excellent service!
