It is what it is an overpriced pet store. The employees are very nice and it's clean. I went there to compare pricing on no pull harnesses. Their pricing is nearly double that of other stores,Chewy and Amazon. I usually will pick up a few toys when I go, but not this time. Price too high, not great selection as in other stores. Doubt, I'll be going back..

We do our beginner dog training with Ash here we every Saturday. Ash is wonderful worth the dogs and our Rosie has really come a long way since she began training with Ash at 17 weeks old!!!

When asking if they had iguanas the girl was just rude about it and not helpful, or didn’t try to help me I wanted a reptile for my toddler but I just left because they were clearly bothered by me asking just because she was stocking items.

The employees are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Recently, I've struggled with getting water from my fish tank clear. A friend recommended that I take it up to PetSmart to have it tested. I wasn't even aware that this service was available. I did as he recommended and sure enough they've we're able to make suggestions to get the water clear. The employees were very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Great friendly staff. I wish prices were a little more reasonable but hey, what can you do? They recommended a dog food that was probably about 10$ more than what I get at HEB, but my dogs seem to like it 2x as much, so that's a W in my book.

I took my dog in for grooming. Sat it up way in advance. Woke up early on a Saturday to drop him off, as I am ready to hand him off she says "oh, he just had his rabies shot? We require 24 hours for the animal to recover" so I had to take my dog back home and get up early again the next morning to repeat the same process. I work nights. I think these questions and information should be asked as you are booking the grooming, not when you go to drop off.Aside from the above, they do groom my long haired dog very well so I still give the Brenham store 5 stars.

This PetSmart is in a relatively small town and you get that vibe as soon as you walk in the door. When they ask what kind of dog I had I could tell they were genuinely interested. I was told what their dogs favorite things were and unlike city stores I was led in that direction even tho it wasn't the most expensive items in the store. I would go out of my way to shop there again.

Place is dead, no business. Out of Betta fish, display empty, the fish tanks were clean but I saw many fish that had clamped fins and not healthy, poor selection. Live aquarium plants were mostly discounted and dying, selection limited. Does Petsmart have a dress code for employees? I read online it's Petsmart polo shirt and khaki pants or blue jeans. One employee had bright color dyed hair, one guy wearing sunglasses, longer hair, unkept. Quoted from an online source -" Additionally, the dress code at PetSmart requires that employees have excellent personal hygiene and maintain a high degree of professionalism in their appearance"- all but one lacked ANY professionalism, I was quite shocked at how they looked! The "few" employees that were there, did not help us in aquatic/fish department. I don't recommend this location based on the grungy looking employees, lack of healthy fish or lack of fish and no service.

i've shopped here maybe 4 times since they opened. having enjoyed the hobby of fresh water tanks for several years, my purchases have included fish, fish food, aquarium water additives, plant decor, etc.not only is their selection of fish minimal at best, there have always been at least 4 or 5 empty tanks. furthermore, there has not been a single time when i've purchased fish here that one or more didn't die within 24 hours.

First time visiting this location. I placed an online pickup order, and everything was smooth and easy. The employees are polite as well! Not much selection in live reptiles, but have a decent selection of reptile supplies. I don't think this store is as big as some others I've seen. Still a nice Petsmart!

My credit card would not work in the store so I decided to place a pick up order. My husband and I were going to wait until the next day to pick it up but literally as we were walking out of the store, we saw an associate with our order. They are all so friendly when customers enter their store and are great at what they do.

We had a wonderful experience at the Brenham PetSmart, where we adopted a green cheek conure and a canary the same day. The staff was friendly, engaging, and seemed genuinely excited to see these two gorgeous birds finding a home. We later did a DNA gender verification test on the conure, with a female result. We've named her Brenda as a tie to Brenham.😍

Take my dog every 5-6 weeks for a bath and nail grind (check for grinding, which leaves nails smooth.. clipping leaves them rough). She loves the staff!!

I took my fur baby to get his nails done!!!! Hanna the girl who did them was Very good with him! Did not take long was very gentle with him… I will go there again!! Store clerks are very nice also!!! Great first time there!!!👍😃
