We recently boarded our dog at this facility and overall, the care provided was good. Both of our dogs seemed happy upon our return.However, we encountered an issue with our dog's bowls. Despite reaching out multiple times, we haven't received any response or resolution regarding the missing bowls. This lack of communication is disappointing, as I bought these bowls brand new ($30) that morning we dropped off. It’s not necessarily the money, but more of the “ I will see what the owner wants to do” with absolutely no response after 5-6 attempts to reach out between my husband and I.

It took us awhile to find Amy! We're in the country, she's in the country actually just a few miles from us!She knows what she is doing and it takes a special person to handle our 2 Australian Labradoodles Ben and Bella. We don't have to pretend we're happy when we pick them up. They Love her and she Loves themThank you Amy🐾🐾🐾🐾

I boarded my pup here over thanksgiving break and the process was so easy and they took amazing care of him. I handed them his bed, his treats, and his food, and they followed all directions perfectly. The facility is amazing, he was able to run around with other dogs for a long time, and he left there as happy as when he got checked in. I do not consider this place a kennel, I consider it a pet hotel.

We love K’s! We use them for grooming and boarding. Our dogs always come home with big smiles, we can tell they’ve had a good time. The staff are always super nice and sweet.

My two dogs loved getting pampered and groomed at K's. They came out looking and smelling so nice. The prices for each dog (one small, one large breed) are considerably lower than groomers. The space for boarding was organized and clean. We will definitely be back.

Amy does a fabulous job with Chequers, our 6 month old standard poodle. She has spent a lot of time with him getting used to being groomed and he is doing so well on the table for her. Amy is very knowledgeable about dogs and dog grooming. I feel very comfortable leaving Chequers in her care. His haircuts are top notch!

Love Amy, she is a great groomer,very patient and my dog always looks great. My dog does not act scared or skittish, like she has after leaveing other groomers. They also have a very cute gift shop!

The business was a nice looking place. The groomer was very friendly and patient with the animal. Most important, my dog was not stuck in a cage for 3 to 4 hours to get a nice haircut. A big plus is , the dogs aren't put into a cage, they're put in fenced-in backyard.

We have boarded our dog there several times and everything was great. However the last time we had a family emergency and had to leave our dog a few extra days and when we got back we did not have all of the $360.00 (for one week) they said we owed them and refused to let us pay some and the rest in a week. They Would not give us our dog either and the bill goes up every day. They even sent us a text saying our dog was out of food. Extremely rude. Will never go back.

Loved it ! We went for day care and grooming. My dog Missy is a former shelter dog and I didn't want her to think she was being abandoned (it happened with someone else). So we took a tour beforehand. I expressed my concerns and was told she could stay in with the groomer, who could talk to her. This really made me feel better ! Also, they sent a video of Missy during outside time, and she was having a lot of fun. Please understand, I am not overly dramatic. But a dog who has been given up in the past needs to learn to trust her new owner and that she has a forever home. But I didn't want her to feel abandoned (again). So we took an early tour and were reassured that she would not feel alone and lost. I have to see a doctor in Houston, so she'll be coming back here. I appreciate all that the staff did to ensure my sweet dog's emotional and physical comfort. I meant ALOT to me. Sara Bardsley, Brenham

My dog was boarded last weekend and after picking him on Monday within 24 hours he was coughing. After vet looked at him Tuesday morning and doing blood work he is on antibiotics for kennel cough . Does not feel good to great to take very healthy dog to be boarded and trust this place to keep my dog safe to pick him up and he comes down sick in less than 24 hours. Will not be back. Beware.May 2, 2016

I have used groomers all over Brenham for my little guy and k’s it by far the best I have come across. She did an awesome job with my baby. It’s a hands down that I will be using her from now on with my little jasper. The cut is awesome and the way she cut his legs are so darn cute. She called it his pants! ♥️
