5 stars, we have a tractor supply in my town but this was great, we had a blown out tire and we had a 2 hour drive ahead and we need to see if they hit the trailer and the guy at the counter didn’t even hesitate to let us outside and go check, he was super cool and told us how he once helped a guy in the parking lot for 4 hours helping with a boat and this guy was awesome, I’m so sorry that I couldn’t remember his name but this was the best tractor supply I’ve ever been to, he made this awful day so much better by making it easy to get back on the road!

Good place to shop. Usually people here are friendly. Seems the three locations appear to be short handed. If you cant find what your looking for step one is to FIND HELP. More so here lately you have a harder time finding help looking for what u cant find. It's frustrating and inconvenient to have to wait at the counter to get checked out.

They have their own brand of speciality dog food. My dog has severe allergies that cause hair loss(almost complete baldness at times), skin rash, severe itching ( causing scratching to the point of infection). I have spent a lot of money for the vet to tell me she is having an allergic reaction(which I already knew). However, no one can tell me exactly what it is she is allergic to. Therefore, it is extremely hard to avoid the problem causer!! The wonderful customer service at Tractor Supply recommended their "sensitive skin" formula, dog food. At the time, she had very little hair, a skin infection, and fungus on her skin, a terrible rash and discoloration on the skin and was constantly scratching! Only 2 weeks after switching to Tractor Supplies. "sensitive skin" formula, her rash was gone and almost all of her hair had grown back. Plus, there was much less scratching and no infection!! (I regret not taking before pictures so I could show you the fantastic difference) She still has allergies. We still don't know what she is allergic to but we do know, she is happier, healthier and has a much better quality of life than she did before Tractor Supply!! I have tried foods that are triple the cost, including prescription foods and nothing has worked this well!! Not even Close!! Haidee (pronounced: HA day) and I are very pleased and we recommend Tractor Supply to everyone we can!! Have you been there yet??? What are you waiting for?? There is nowhere that cares about you and your pets more!! Plus, has GREAT, QUALITY PRODUCTS!! Hopefully, I'll see you there😀

I tried to return a defective product but they refused to take it back claiming it was “a non-returnable clearance” item. Buyers beware at this store. And they’ve got free face masks at the door but the staff don't bother wearing them.
