this was the worst place I have ever been. the dark hair lady light skin was on her phone and was being completely rude. i guess if your not country lookin and don’t look the part they treat you like a dummy. don’t go in there looking broke or colored. will be filing a complaint with a better business bureau.

Don’t show up 15 minutes before they close. You will be turned away. I called and asked about what I was coming to purchase and specifically asked what time they closed. I got off work and made sure to be there prior to closing which is at 6. If your store closes at 5:30 just say so, so you don’t waste mine or other people’s time.

Excellent service from Katie. We got our Mini Rex bunny a few weeks ago and Katie gave us some great advice and tips. She is knowledgeable about animal care and super friendly and kind. Thanks Katie and Reifels for a very healthy and adorable bunny. He is happy, healthy and thriving. We love him already :)

Their animals are kept in horrendous conditions! A poor rabbit had a huge wound on the side of it's face and not only that, there was cage full of feces that had english spot bunnies in it. Please take better care of your animals so I can change this review!

I have never had bad service here, but the blonde haired woman was so rude on the phone and in person. Promised one thing then says another when you drive the 45 minute drive there. We will take our business elsewhere and strongly encourage others to do so as well.

I stopped to buy a sack of corn and went to pay. They turned down my sale because I was attempting to use a credit card. I was told there was a $15.00 dollar minimum, had to spend more or leave. I left. I had been doing business there since they first opened and never ran into this, apparently always buying plenty. I went to Litzlers and bought there. It was closer to home, cheaper and they did not decline my sale.

The lady at the register was rude. Their prices are about a dollar a bag more than the feed store/hardware store in Sweeny. I was a little shocked at how rude the cashier was. I don't like it when people make a customer feel like an imposition. We spent over $250 on dog food. She could have been a little nicer.

We love this store. Always friendly and super friendly staff and owner help us new-to-the-country-life city slickers with our fowl and farm questions. We also love seeing the chickens, rabbits, turkeys and ducks making us dream of future yard creatures. Great selection of what you need to live out here.We're always greeted by the shop dog as we pull in.Edit: Still our go-to for feed and now, chicks. Great selection of really healthy looking baby chicks even in the off season!

I'm a new horse owner and just bought a gently used said. The lady there was SUPER helpful. I knew I needed something for it but wasn't sure what the strap was called. She went out to my car to see the saddle. What straps I had, she put together and went on to explain what each one was and how they work. This will be my go to place if I have any questions. I did not get her name, but she has long black hair. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will be back again.

Like this place the owners are very helpful . Only complaint if your doing any rentals just are sure you check it over throughly before you leave to make sure your not charged for previous damage.

Family on and run store any seed any feed Poor cows, horses, pigs, chickens, or any kind of fun at all. You can think of Kevin will get it for you garden supplies, Mach’ P gravel marks all kinds and delivers let’s quit around with all sorts all around the store hardware store. I really like this place. When I have too many cockrells, they always take them off my hands. Funny thing happened last week. I went looking for a rooster and actually bought the one I had sold them. This is my one stop shop. Everything from mulch to vaccines!

I was here earlier today. The blonde haired woman in the blue shirt working was the worst person imaginable. I haven't been talked to that way ever. Extremely disrespectful, hateful and obnoxious. I can't imagine anyone placing her in customer service...must be family to the owner. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to her disrespect and rudeness.I will also be encouraging the many other people I know who use them to stop.
